Sleezy tactics to up charge and not even performing a good service after doing so. To top it off having the nerve to demand tip at checkout. Wont be returning.

I've been going here for a little over 6 months now, and Lily has always been my go-to nail tech. I’ve done gel and dip, and her work is always amazing! She's super easy to work with and always understands exactly what I need, even if I need to make last-minute changes. She’s also always encouraging me to try new colors or styles, and honestly, I’ve never regretted any of them! All the other techs are friendly too, and you can always hear them laughing and having a good time. Lily’s been super flexible with my last-minute or late appointments, which I really appreciate. I’ve had some bad nail experiences in the past, but here, it’s always been a positive one. They genuinely care about making sure you're happy with your nails, and I’m just glad I finally found a place I can trust for great service every time! And prices are very reasonable! Here’s a picture of her amazing work!

I've been going here for years! I will never return. The girl Lily is insanely rude and lazy. And probably doesn't clean her tools! I asked her to take off my gel x tips and to get a full set. She said "why are you doing this to me that's too much work". then proceeded to rip all of my nails off full force taking off pretty much my whole nail. Then proceeded to put nail glue on them, which made them burn so bad to the point where I wanted to cry. I told her it was extremely painful, and proceeded to file them down aggressively. Then as I was checking out, she charged me $85 which is fine! But $20 extra dollar for a simple design is insane! I politely asked why it was so much, and she then gave me attitude and said "do I have to explain it to you again!" I love the salon and the owners but I will never return after that!

I’m giving a two Sara because the nail tech Rita was decent!
I paid a lot $ for the nails and they were done yesterday! The top cost is bubbling off and I didn’t even do any dishes yesterday! These are dip powder and they are supposed to be top notch for at least 14-21 days!!!
I had a bad experience before and avoided this place! But they are decently placed from my house and was hoping for a change: my mistake! Will never go back!!! EVER!!!

Always amazing!! Howie is the best. Today was my first pedicure and it was amazing! Attention to detail awesome. Too many options for nails in johnston but if you asked me they only need one! Go to siagon! This place should have a line out the door, others do and don't deserve it

Don't come here if you want to get mistreated by their ignorant staff. This place clearly just hires anybody cause not only do they suck at nails they have no professionalism. Let's start off at how badly the nail tech did my nails . After this ignorant nail tech finished shaping my nails i told her I wasn't a fan of the shape, she then began to tell me to go back to where i got my nails done?????The worst part of it all I still paid for the services , nails looked like my 8 yr old brother did them. For someone who gets their nails done weekly I never been treated like this, i'm disgusted ! I'll make sure to let everyone i know how bad of a nail salon this place is :)

Started coming to this place because my regular nail girl moved. First visit was ok, second visit was not good. I called at 10:00 am on the morning of my appointment and made an appointment for 5:00 pm. When I got to the salon, its seemed pretty busy, but I assumed that the technicians would be finishing up soon with the other customers. I was brought to station and foil /cotton ball soaked w/ acetone was placed on my left hand ONLY to take off the gel that was on my nails. It wasn't until 45 mins later that I was moved to another station and another nail technician proceeded to take the gel off my right hand with a drill rather than soaking it with acetone as was done on my left hand. The actual manicure itself was not what I expected. The water to soak my cuticles was cold, and the nail tech did a bad job filing my nails. They were uneven and jagged. Only two coats of gel polish was placed on my nails and it's already chipping off. I ended up being at the salon for almost two hours and I will never go back there again as making an appointment was a joke as I should not have had to wait 45 mins.
