I greatly appreciated the gentleman who answered the phone who literally went out of his way to confirm an item was in stock and let me know where it was. The place is usually clean and fully stocked. Better produce than other grocery stores in town though prices are higher overall.

BRITTANY AND SANDRA IN BAKERY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TODAY FOR MY SON BIRTHDAY. HE WANTED 1 CUPCAKE INSTEAD OF A CAKE. THEY HAD NONE IN STOCK JUST ONE SHE WENT PUT OF THEIR WAY AND MADE HIM A SINGLE ONE. THEY COULD OF EASILY SAY SORRY WE DONT HAVE BUT THEY DIDNT!!!NOTE: they had no clue what experience i had just had at bj from ordering a cake. But they turn my bad day in to a happy day.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

People who work there are great and polite, but there are so few of them. The company pushes self check outs, yet their prices are outrageous and this new policy of electronic coupons that you have to select 3 hours before going or they don't work is ridiculous, most of us do not plan that far ahead! Too bad, as I like the selection better than anywhere else, fruit and veggies are the freshest anywhere and Boars Head Lunchmeats are so good, but they are so hard to affordfor people on a tight budget.

Thelma Franco a minute ago A lady name Melisa in the service desk is very rude not only to the employees but also the customers. For example yesterday November 3, I needed a balloon but no one was at the flower and balloons section so I went to customer service to ask if someone can help me with which she answered no; I have no one there bit with attitude. I said oh but I need a balloon, she's like okay. I said I was hoping they had the singing balloons. she say I know we don't have those. and put her head down. I said I still want to get a balloon tough she kind of raised her voice and said whatever is out there is what we have okay. I say but it's nothing out there. can I go inside and get one? she was like. uhg give me a minute... so I walk away. the reason I waited was cause I really needed the balloon. the person that tend to me came and apologized for making me wait and gave me the balloons I needed. there's no need to deal with people like Melissa.

I normally would not be visiting this store, but do so just to take a friend there. She likes shopping there because she knows where to find everything. I'm not a big fan of Stop&Shop,.in general anymore, especially this location.When you drive up, the parking lot is pretty much empty, and easy to see that the place has seen better days. The store's interior is dated, shelves are sometimes empty, and prices are high. Employees are not helpful, if you can even find them around. Most of the cashier's have zero personality. Still can't forget a few months ago, when we were in the parking lot unloading our carriages. The carriage person just stared at us as we unloaded our groceries, without even offering any help.Went in this past week, and tried to purchase a sales item. The sticker on the shelf below reflected the sales price, but the register rang up the full price.This location needs to give customers good service, and fair pricing. What we don't need is a foolish robot prancing through the aisles!! Just feel as though their days are numbered at this location. Surely nothing like the Greenville location.
