HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW ITS KOT EVEN FUNNY. I scheduled an appt for my son to get his hair cut THE DAY BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS and his dad takes him to the appt. I come home from work at 7pm to my son livid because he HATES his hair. His hair literally looks like he got the bowl cut, mushroom cap special!!!!! Im fuming right now because he has school at 7am and in NO WAY IN HELL will I send my kid to school to get ragged on for his hair looking like the tip of a male appendage. So now I have NO CHOICE but to TRY and make my child's hair look presentable enough TO SEND HIM TO THE 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL TOMORROW! This isnt right. I can understand that it maybe looked great styled. HE IS 14 YEARS OLD. He doesnt style his hair, he needed a functional cut that he could just get outta bed brush it a bit with a comb and head out to school.....but nope....Never again will I ever put my trust in this place. Come the second this location opens im calling. Because not right. Stick to the pics that the parents asked for, not what you wanted to do. N my husband isnt a confrontational man, so he just paid and left. Lawd knows if I had been there that wouldn't have flown. Not right at all. I get it, its Supercross cant expect the best...but still this is a young kid in a world of nasty people and bullies and yall just did him so bad.

Sarah is great, she listens to me and does exactly what I want her to do every time.. My hair always looks the same. I don’t like a new haircut look and when she cuts it it just looks shorter. It doesn’t look like I got a haircut. I love it.

Though I had set zn appointment online with Lynda, who got into doing a hair coloring, Toni took me at her station for my haircut so I didn't need to wait.

We love this location. Booked appointments days ago which was very easy. They are accommodating and keep our preferences in the computer. Awesome staff

Haircut was great and she waxed my eyebrows but didn’t show me a mirror to see what they looked like when they were done which I thought was odd. Turns out part of my eyelid skin was torn off/burnt off in the process.. how professional not to tell me until I had to find out myself when I was almost done getting hair cut. I told her what happened and she just shrugged it off like it didn’t matter! Said it happens and went on to next customer.

I had a bad color experience,but when I called Linda the manager,she was helpful in resolving my issue,I will continue getting my haircuts there.

My boyfriend went for a haircut. Told them that his hair was a little different.
