We enjoy your pricing structure for Breakwater Village, all the office people that I speak to are always so wonderful and helpful, do a great job of keeping us updated. Really do appreciate all of them as a team. It’s important for a company to back up policies, stand by their word and maintain their reputation. Propane Prepayment plan is very reasonable. My usage is not consistent and cannot be accurately estimated by degree days. I can monitor my usage and delivery is prompt based on the monitor device on the tank.

Just called this company to get hooked uyp for a gas fireplace, first thing guy told me was " im not going to go any further with this call if you have bad credit"? What does credit have to do with a propane tank,worst case scenario someone doesnt pay, pull the tank..they dont deserve your business with that attitude, go somewhere else..

Highly recommend Superior Plus Propane! I realize now that this is a very large company, but in being with them for almost 4 years now I can say that I feel like my businesses is valuable to them on a small level. They now have my rental home as well and likely another rental home.When I had a small concern they dealt with it straight forward and got right back to me. You don’t usually hear integrity synonymous with business practices but this company proves it can be true. I’m very happy with this company!Heidi Smith

From day 1 Superior Plus has been accommodating and service friendly. Even helped me with my gas fireplace once they connected the equipment. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Thanks Superior Plus Propane, I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a propane company they can trust.

Would be 0 stars if possible. We just moved into the property and the tank was very low. They stated they had to perform an inspection before they could deliver propane. They said they would set up a drift tank during the inspection to hold us over until the delivery. When they came for the inspection, they called the office and told us the delivery would be coming that same day. Needless to say the delivery never came and the tank was at 5%. I called the emergency number and they sent out a tech to set up the drift tank. Weeks later I received a service bill for $225. My wife and I have been calling to explain that they dropped the ball, otherwise they would not have had to make a service call but so far nobody will comprehend this. It is also extremely difficult to get any questions answered. We leave messages and do not hear back for days.
