Nice people great service usually pretty busy. But they find time to help. The store is exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking. Big selection of phones too fit all budgets! ?

Just came for a tmobile Tuesday Halloween buckets for kids and asked for 2 buckets because I have two lines and 2 kids the assistant didn't give it to me. That is absolutely insane. He said I need the second phone with me present. Where do those rules come from? The worst customer service I've ever seen...I've been a tmobile customer since 2006Update.Called T-Mobile and asked if I'm eligible for two buckets they said yes, told me to go back to the store and talk to the manager. I came back and the other sales assistant happily gave me two buckets without all this nonsense as soon as he heard Im paying for 2 lines. So it's all a personal factor. Some people are nicer than others <3

Great service. Hopefully the waiting time will be faster the next time i have to go in. They sent me a survey to fill out and promised that I would get a 15 pro so I hope it's true because I did fill everything out for them and I hope it's not just a gimmick because on the Google search it said T-Mobile and no other company no fake companies. It was everything T-Mobile so I hope they don't try to use that. It was a fraud or any of that because I took pictures.

Having an issue with my cell phone that was convulsing under the pressure of being over laden with data.When it became my turn a young female customer service consultant indicated I was next. Being of a certain age I felt uncomfortable about my phone issues.To break the ice I began with I've never been properly trained in the use of cell phones or computers, she took a deep breath and asked what was the phone doing! Well other than not working properly, and notices about needing to clean out files here we are trying to lighten the phone's memory.At first the phone started playing the game with her, like "WHACK A MOLE"as soon as she noticed the pace my cell kept changing screens she timed her strokes faster than the screen would move.And as soon as the data files were emptied the phone became more compliant.When she finished clearing out the files she handed me back a new phone. I thanked her profusely for her cool under pressure competence and skill at clearing this issue up so quickly.Thank God there was a representative so patient to have seen the task through to the end.To my relief I had my phone back and operating normally. That's all I needed and I met a very attentive and caringCustomer Service Represntative that was just an amazing meeting.Thank you, thank you for your help‼️Valentino

Went to check out some phones with my wife and met Frank. He was awesome, great customer service, gave me all the details on the different versions of the iPhone 14’s. This will be my preferred destination. Frank needs to be promoted to the next level asap!

This location is T-Mobile corporate store. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rep that helped me was named Ti; genuinely sweet and attentive. She made the process of transferring data from one phone to another smoothly. I will come here again and recommend to friends and family. My only feedback is to T-Mobile directly. When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time.

After 1800$ later I can't say that. I feel what I paid for . Cell phone carrier know you have no choice. Paying 800 for a phone that cost under 2$ to make maybe 3$
