When they leave you sitting there for over 45 minutes to open a checking account.. ( not even busy) you leave and head to BANK RI where they provide you great and fast customer service!

One specific bank teller that was working today was extremely rude and not friendly at all. Rolled her eyes, and was very snappy when answering questions, like she was being inconvenienced.

Worst bank ever!! They don’t value their customers, or small business owners. I been a loyal customer for 8, years no more. They don’t have your best interests at heart. They are a corporate machine. Go to a credit union, that’s what they told me.

Shout out to Tammy and Caleb! Went in to fix an issue another branch created. Customer service was top notch. Answered all of our questions, addressed and fixed all of our issues and concerns. Found my new home branch.

I used TD Bank for over 8 years, up until now. There Customer Service and Tellers are now all young and inexperienced. I had two bad experiences within the last three weeks with them. They have bad attitudes towards There customers..Stay away from that Bank...

It's a bank, but when I went in to break $100 bill, they couldn't do that unless I had an account. I felt like since I was simply getting an exchange of bills that having an account with them wasn't necessary. TD Bank is a bank that only does business with and for their exclusive customers and will not even exchange money for anyone not "in their circle." Sorry, but I felt so slighted by this interaction. It gave me high school cool kids table at lunch and some outsider tried to sit at thier table. That's legit how terrible I felt. ? ? ? NEVER AGAIN TD!

This branch was great when it first opened. Then customer service went down hill. Their agents are not knowledge about the banking process except how to open an account (I hope they can still do that). Beware of this bank and be more cautious than I was when opening an account.

Most Convenient Bank lol. Why don't you start off by getting better ATM's 90% of the time the don't take your cash deposit. Definitely one of the worst I've used in banking. Makes Citizens look good ?

Well... They are very friendly...and nice... And the seem to be trying really hard to do the right things... But....I ordered new checks to replace checks with my old address, waited a few weeks, and they showed with my old address. Sigh.I have also gotten very weird hang ups from, I was thinking (and turned out to be), a brand new, no experience at all, employee at that branch.I called the branch back, and they had no idea why I had gotten hang up calls from their main branch number. They couldn't help me.I had to spend several hours with the national call center to have them figure out that a new employee at that branch was given a list of customers to contact for I am still not sure what purpose, but he didn't want to leave messages for some reason, and kept calling back instead.If I get hang up calls with no messages from my bank, and when I call back they have no idea why I was called, I freak out a little. Maybe it is just me?Anyway, after hours wasted figuring this out with the national call center, I am hoping that they won't be doing this again to anyone.You are welcome.And, again, I can still say they are very friendly and nice.

If I could give TD Bank zero stars, I would. Trying to notify them of my Mom’s passing and my designation as her executor. No option to snail mail, email or fax in the documents. Have to physically walk in a branch in person to hand them the documents, which would be fine if I didn’t live in MS. Ridiculous in this post COVID environment that we’re living in.
