The lifetime protection plan on their branded tires is unmatched. I had two nails in my tire and drove directly to TFT - they had me in and out in less than an hour, and the new tire was completely covered. I also can't say enough about the techs at this location - super friendly, responsive and communicative. I'll be a customer for life!

Joe was very helpful in selecting tires for our all wheel drive vehicles. Most importantly, they were able to do a rear wheel alignment, not possible at a local service station. By making an appointment, our car was serviced in a reasonable time.

Knowledgeable took a few moments to answer my question that I ask him concerning my vehicle what needed to be done this young man went above and beyond Great Job. Lot of people can learn a few things from this gentleman about customer service.

Joe was great at explaining the process of changing my tires and the service team replaced them quickly. Very happy with the service and will be back again if needed.

Early I had an appointment to get to and experienced a slice in my tire. I went to Taft on Hartford Ave and Joe knew exactly what to do and I was back on the road with a replacement tire in 25 minutes and I was able to keep my appointment. Great Job, 5 star service.

Dropped off my tire that had a nail in it. They were super busy and it was an hour before closing. Joe was honest and said it would probably not be done that night. I didn't expect it to be honestly. He called at 9am the very next morning and said the tire was ready for pick up. It may not have been done quickly but telling me that up front was something I appreciated him telling me. Joe is a great asset and a super friendly guy even in a clearly stressful situation.

I had a wonderful experience with Town Fair Tire in Johnston. Paris was extremely helpful with the Toyo tires I was looking for. He set me up with an appointment for today and I was in and out in an 1 1/2 . Joe was at the customer service desk with him and was also extremely helpful. Great service as always 🥰
