Very professional and personable. He was closed upon arrival and still took the screen to be repaired. He delivered it to my home the next day and even fixed the dent in the screen. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Do NOT go here if you have anything that is out of the ordinary. Left my Anderson Window screens to be rescreened. The screens had white metal spline (an Anderson thing but very nice). I guess I just assumed they know what they were doing. Wrong! Screens came back with standard cheap black spline. Certainly would not match the other 9 windows in the row. Had to order new screens from Anderson at $240.00 each. Be very careful here if you have anything different. They do not know what they are doing.

Worst place ever left 2 projects to be done they were there for a week and never got done. Never open when they said they were.

Joes place is great! I actually worked woth Warren. Everyone told me screens were going to take me 2 weeks to order. Called Joes, and Warren made me new screens to fit within couple of days!!! Was crucial because i needed them for section 8. We got approved thanks to this guy. Make the call definitely wont regret it.

Called twice to set up appointment for glass replacement of two Anderson windows. Twice he said he would come to measure and estimate cost. After calling Warren on each of those days to see approximately what time he blew me off twice and said he could not make it and could I reschedule. Very unprofessional!?

Joe is about as nice as you can get. I was curious as to why two people would leave a negative review so I asked him about it and you wouldn’t believe these people. I understand sometimes places have negative reviews I have left plenty of negative reviews but I can honestly say I have not met a nicer person in screen repair. I brought in a Anderson screen door and the next day I picked it up in good as new condition. I don’t know what else there could be to say but everything was five stars.
