Our mail person was lovely for 6 yrs, the new person has raised his voice at me..speeds through the neighborhood and skips deliveries if he doesn't feel like stopping. Absolutely worst mail person experience I've had my whole life. I dislike mailtime. The guy is just sad.

This place is incredibly slow. No matter the day or time I go, it's always a long wait. There's always one person at the desk. The people working have no problem just chatting it up even though there is a line of 15 people waiting. There is no urgency here or desire to get people moving. I avoid this place like the plague.

Waiting on a redelivery. Package was not delivered. Tried calling a representative- no answer, on hold for 45 minutes then it disconnected. Tried to call back- could not get an actuall person on the line at 8am! There is no was the branch was swamped so early that a phone could not be answered. Still trying to receive my package.
It’s ironic that I went on to leave another review not realizing I left one initially 6years ago. I currently have not received mail for my business for two months and after calling several times and no one answered. I went in person and even waited in line for over 30 minutes to be told someone would give me a phone call and then I never received a phone call. This is an ongoing issue that really needs to be looked into more seriously. Especially when mail is a significant part of not only personal life but business life.

This post office is absolutely terrible. No matter how many people there are in line, there seems to be only 1 person at the counter and no one else in site and no hope of anyone else coming to help deplete the line at all. Very bad customer service. Needs to desperately improve. I give it 0 stars. No one probably reads these reviews or even cares so I don’t expect improvement.

The staff was very helpful and extremely nice to me. I rarely send out mail so they guided me through the process which I really appreciated it. Had a smile on their face throughout the whole time.

The woman with the short blonde haircut is extremely rude and condescending. I watched her be rude to an older man (raising her voice and speaking to him in a condescending tone) and she was rude to me as well. Calling the next customer before I could finish packing/taking my things from the counter. She seems miserable and she clearly doesn’t like her job. Please hire people who are kind and have customer service skills.
I will not be returning to this place, but the store itself is nice. The Amazon return corner is pretty convenient.

Disorganized, understaffed and rude.
Two of my tenants never received their key to their mailbox. It has been over a month.
They lost paperwork twice.

I went today to talk to them about a package that I never received. The week before Christmas , there is only one employee at the counter. The employee was very rude and argumentative. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I waited 20 minutes and no one came out. They have horrible customer service.
