The plaza has plenty of parking, elevators, signs, and publicly accessible toilets. Reviews note the clean surroundings and professional, courteous, and outstanding staff at the various offices, who are pleasant, efficient, and provide good care. The complex also features a food establishment known for its delicious wimpy skippies, with extremely nice, quick, and efficient staff. While the layout can be a little confusing on a first visit, it is a great and convenient place that comes highly recommended.
Went there for a sleep test at Epoch Sleep Study. Clean surroundings and building. The staff at Epoch were courteous and outstanding. They took good care of me during the sleep study. Would highly recommend them.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great place to go if you need a quick walk in x-ray for your doctor if they want you to go to a Rhode Island Medical Imaging site. The receptionists are always pleasant and efficient. I have been here several times for X-rays and am usually in and out in about a half hour.
