Based on the reviews, Brown University Health Laboratories is a clean and modern lab with friendly and pleasant staff. The phlebotomists are top notch, with one being amazing for finding a deep vein on the first try. The service is quick and efficient, with a short wait time upon opening at 8 am. The lab also has Saturday hours, which is helpful as many others are closed. The staff is phenomenal, especially the three co-workers who took care of a daughter who passed out after a blood draw. The whole Lifespan setup with the portal and wonderful physicians is an efficient way to organize healthcare.

I was very pleased that this location had Saturday hours as many others are closed on Saturday. It was very busy but it was quick and everyone was very friendly and pleasant

I went to the lab on 1 Commerce Street, Lincoln, RI for the first time this morning. I have all sorts of issues when I have my blood drawn. I have deep veins. I had Damalia draw my blood. She was amazing!!! First try, she found my vein!!! She needs a raise!!!

I would like to thank the 3 co workers who took care of my daughter this afternoon when she passed out after having her blood drawn! You ladies are phenomenal.
