We have been part of the Lincoln Cadence Academy family from the infant room up to the school age room between both our children. We truly identify Cadence as our extended family! The administrative staff and classroom staff have consistently been supportive, transparent, caring, attentive, and most of all, kind. We have always felt the staff had our children’s best interest at heart and did whatever they could to help our children thrive emotionally, socially, physically, and academically. My son is moving on to kindergarten this year, and I feel Cadence set him up for success supporting his academic milestones through their evolving Ascend Curriculum. We were very pleased they offered a Kindergarten Club in the Pre-K classrooms to support the transition. In addition, the School Age Program (specifically the summer program) has allowed my daughter to not only make new friends over the years but learn to be a peer leader and role model for the younger kiddos due to the support, encouragement, and positive nature of their classroom staff. She loved the engaging and creative programming Cadence had to offer for the older kids. Overall, they both thoroughly enjoyed their years there not only throughout the academic year, but school breaks and summer as well. I highly recommend Cadence Academy Lincoln!

Cadence Academy has given my pre-K daughter a loving, kind, environment that is combined with fun, academic experiments and learning activities. It is the best choice for a wide range of different children--they are amazing at individualizing interactions, expectations, etc. for each child.

Before coming to Cadence, my son went to another daycare and he would cry every single morning. I honestly thought it was just his age, but as soon as we made the switch to Cadence it was like a light switch went off and he stopped crying in the mornings! He has looked forward to coming to school and seeing his teachers and friends every day. It makes me so happy as a mother to know that my son feels safe and comfortable with the people who take care of him during the week. Cadence Academy has easily exceeded all of my expectations! Not only are the teachers great but the facility is very clean and inviting. Since we have had such a great experience with my son we have made the decision to enroll my younger daughter as well. She loves school so much too! She runs to put her shoes on at home and when we get to her classroom she is so excited to start playing with her friends. Thank you Cadence Academy in Lincoln for taking such good care of my babies!

We recommend Cadence Academy to everyone looking for daycare! Our daughter started in the infant room around 8 months, and not only does she love attending, but she has been thriving since day 1, meeting milestones ahead of the curve. The teachers and staff are wonderful. They follow a curriculum, even for the little ones, so they are constantly learning. We have been so impressed by the daily structure and great communication.

Cadence Academy in Lincoln has been so great for my daughter! I stayed home with my daughter until she was 18 months old and the thought of sending her to daycare was extremely frightening to us. I always worried that they wouldn’t be able to provide the love, attention, and education I provided her. However, my husband and I knew it was time for her to socialize with her peers and start to become independent from her mommy and daddy. Cadence academy has exceed all expectations and has given me the peace I need and everything my daughter needs in order to feel safe and loved. My daughter has had stranger danger since she was 5 months old and it takes time for her to trust any adult. On her second week of daycare, when I dropped her off, she went straight to the teacher’s arms and that is when I knew they had a provided her with the love and security she needed.Because she is in an environment with many children, she tends to get sick often. One time, she developed an ear infection and I had to have her teacher administer the medicine. However, my husband picked up our daughter early and the teacher made sure to remind him! Even though he knew, we both appreciated that she didn’t assume and made sure the other parent was aware. The following day, I gave her the medicine at home and dropped her of like normal and didn’t say anything to her teachers. Later on, I received a call during the time I had asked her teacher to give her the medicine the day before and the teacher was just checking she didn’t need it. Again, I thought that was extremely thoughtful and made me realize they pay close attention to her care.Lastly, the activities the teacher plans and the classes the school provides has helped my daughter learn A LOT! Her teacher, Ms. Karen, does a phenomenal job at planning activities that are engaging, fun and appropriately challenging! She also receives dance at least once a week from an outside company. I am extremely happy to have my daughter here at Cadence and look forward to many years together! I highly recommend!

Our family has been to a few daycares over the years and this place is the only one that I can't name ONE thing I don't love. From the ladies at the front to the teachers, the facility and the curriculum, we LOVE it for our family

My son has been attending Cadence Academy for about 2 1/2 years and we couldn’t be happier! We had tried a nanny in the past as well as a couple other daycares, which never compared to what Cadence has to offer. The entire staff and all the teachers are so friendly and helpful and truly care about the children. They follow a curriculum and send daily updates and pictures, which I love! When my son is there, I know that he is in great hands, all while learning, making friends and having fun. I will also be bringing my 3 month old son there soon which of course is always a hard adjustment when they’re so young, but again, I trust them 100% which is a great feeling!

Cadence has been a place we can call not only our place for care, but a home! All the staff here are simply amazing and care so much for the children. They are patient, dedicated, comforting and make learning fun with their curriculum. My little one had a tough transition and they were able to make her feel secure and safe everyday. She graduated pre-k not wanting to leave school and with a huge smile on her face, giving hugs to everyone. If that’s not the best feeling I don’t know what is. When a school can touch a child’s heart and make them feel the way Cadence does, I knew it was the perfect fit. I highly recommend Cadence Academy in Lincoln.

We are in our 7th year at Cadence Academy and have been nothing but happy. From the infant room to the school age program, we have had wonderful teachers and happy children! The management team is responsive and have always had my children's best interests at heart. I drop my kids off every day knowing they are happy, loved, and safe. Their Covid response and preparedness has been wonderful as well. I highly recommend Cadence Academy in Lincoln.

My daughter started in the infant room right after New Years 2021. We had done research on daycares while I was 12 weeks pregnant and this was the one we fell in love with. At that time when she started, she was 4.5 months old. I was scared at first due to COVID, but quickly noticed that they were taking great precautions. I felt safe knowing she was in good hands. Since January, I am truly impressed with the outstanding care she is receiving from Miss Lorie and Miss Angela. The teachers keep me up to date with how she is doing developmentally all the time. I introduced the sippy cup recently, and the teachers were very happy to continue to help her practice using it while at school. They figured out a nap and feeding schedule that I can adhere to on the weekends. Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and get back to me in a timely manner. My daughter comes home clean every day. I am very impressed that everyone knows my husband and I by name. I see how everyone interacts with my daughter and it warms my heart. I feel comfortable leaving her here knowing she is going to be well cared for. Not to mention, they still do a lot of activities with families after school despite COVID. Right near Valentines's Day, they had a Sweetheart Dance that we attended on Zoom. It was so nice to see families dancing, singing, and listening to stories. I am so happy to have chosen this school for my little one. They have become my second family. If you are considering sending your little one to daycare, please consider this school. I am thankful I did :)

Formerly, The Children’s Workshop, same staff. Some of the most uncaring people I have ever met. Children and families are not treated equally. I would never want any child to experience what my kids went through.

My children have been going Cadence Academy in Lincoln since they were 3 months old. Miss Heather, Miss Tracey, and the teachers are professional, caring, and treat my children like their own. Cadence Lincoln is the best early childhood education center in Northern RI and I highly recommend it!

We can’t say enough positive things about Cadence Academy - Lincoln. Our son has attended there since he was 5 months old, and since our very first day until now my trust and confidence in both the teachers and the leadership team has only increased. All of his teachers have been nothing short of amazing, and you can truly tell how much they care for the kids. All you can really ask for in a daycare is for your child to be safe and happy, but they go above and beyond with the school curriculum, music classes, and extra activities that my son loves(and so do I because I know how happy he is there). I’m so thankful that we made the decision to send him there!

We have been a Cadence family since 2016 (formerly Children's Workshop Lincoln) and highly recommend it. We transferred from a different daycare in Smithfield when my oldest was 2. We were fed up with constant turnover and being off ratio at drop off times. We have never had that problem with Cadence. That is one of the significant differences with a larger center. The stability and quality of care is top notch. I credit this to their amazing administration and experienced teachers. The staff is tenured, well trained and turnover has been minimal. Every room is extremely clean and linens are regularly laundered in-house. They provide all of the food and drinks – hot, healthy kid-friendly meals. The administration keeps families well informed of changes and upcoming events. Teachers use the Kaymbu app to share pictures, daily notes, important reminders, etc. And the curriculum is no joke – we call Cadence the ‘college of daycares’. The teachers from infant to pre-K truly follow through week after week with fun activities to learn and develop their little minds. The administration also plans weekly visits from a variety of outside vendors like Kinderdance (music & movement) or Itsy Bitsy Sports, all included with tuition. In full transparency, I will say our beloved ‘college of daycares’ is not cheap. But I can say from experience (after making the mistake twice) - it’s worth it. When our oldest was transitioning to Kindergarten, we had a new baby that needed daycare. With five more years of daycare costs ahead of us, we decided to put the baby in a different center that was less expense and regretted it immensely. The baby is now at Cadence and we could not be happier. Yes, there are cheaper centers around and yes, those teachers are loving too. But the structure, cleanliness and activities did not compare. My advice for friends that are looking for daycare is to look at the full experience (curriculum, daily schedule, are they geared to mostly full-time kids, part time etc), ask for a recommendation from a current family (not one whose child "used to" attend somewhere) and not be deterred by a large center/chain. For full-time, 5 days a week care - Cadence is the right choice for us and gives us peace of mind for years to come.
