Riley and Maria were amazing! We came in later this evening and wanted a quick bite to eat and had received great service at this dunkin. We felt very welcome and created a great relationship with them. They made the experience great and made us definitely want to come back for more! Thank you for the great food and great hospitality.

Not of fane.. coffee just isnt strong enough for MY liking but the staff are great! So happy & cheerful .. bless them all for being so lovely.. 😊 sometimes it’s THAT important especially early in the A.M..🙌🏽🫶🏼

I love coming here, Janice, Lindsay, Falon and, Kaiya. Everyone there afternoons and night shifts, they are so nice and always so kind. Janice made me a creative drink and it wass soo good. Best dunkin around, management needs to give them a raise!

Given 1 stars is too much for this dump of a location. Hard unfresh donuts, always out of napkins. Over priced dump in my opinion. What a waste of money remodeling cause it did nothing for service or food

It is expensive because it is at the casino but all the employees are really nice and make it a great experience. There are 3 Dunkin locations in the casino. They also just renovated to a more modern design with the cold brew on tap!

The coffee here tastes soooo awful. It tastes like gross murky water and sludge. Idk if they have bad filters or if the water is contaminated/polluted or what but I have gotten wicked bad stomach aches the few times I've gotten coffee here. They have several dunkin inside Twin river. The one by the North entrance is definitely the worst. The employees are also super rude and more often than not, I don't even get my coffee filled up all the way although that may be a good thing considering it isn't good quality and it bothers my stomach. I also noticed that the water fountains next to the dunkin by the north entrance taste weird compared to the other fountains.

I was just there. I asked for hot coffee light! It wasn’t !I asked for more cream . The girl could only give me three creams! My wife likes her coffee very light!I needed more cream . But because too busy for this woman . Wouldn’t give me more cream! But it was ok for the people in line to ask for there fancy coffees/lattes the way they wanted it in front of me ! She made it the way they like theirs ! But me ! Couldn’t give me like 10 creams! Im not making this up! My wife likes a lot of cream! So now her coffee is not the way she likes it ! I wasted my large hot coffee price! Now we have to go buy it from somewhere else!!Also I wanted my sausage sandwich on a croissant but only can get an English muffin or bagel!!!
