Kristen McDonald PA is awesome .Listens attentively to all your concerns does very thorough exams answers all questions .Doesn't rush .All the office help are very nice especially Kim and Flo. Dr. Menon is wonderful.

All the staff were pleasant and there to help you. Shawna nurse practitioner was amazing went above and beyond to get X-rays done two days before Christmas. Also the ri imaging went above and beyond to get me in. They kind, friendly and made you feel like person and not number. All their staff at both place are asset to Brown Health. Was Coastal . Happy Holiday to all

Dr. Mridula Menon and the staff are wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, listens well and is incredibly helpful. The staff may be busy but they always take the time to listen and be helpful and courteous. A great PCP and office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Menon"s for a long time. She is the epitome of what you need in your PCP. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable in her care. I am a retired nurse and have had contact with many doctors. Dr. Menon is the best of the best! And, her assistant, Nicole, is wonderful, as well.

The employees at Coastal Medical in Lincoln have always been friendly, efficient, and professional. My PCP, Dr. Mridula Menon, is an expert in her field. She is kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. She actively listens and provides options. Dr. Menon and her assistant, Nicole, are a great team. I don't know what I'd do without them!

I don't know what is going on with this place but I'm over it. I've been coming here for years and could easily call and get though no problem. Now you have an automated system that essentially lies to you about your wait time. Or no one calls you back unless you leave multiple messages. And more often than not they sound annoyed and not friendly like they used to be. What happened??

I’ve been at this practice for a few years now. I’m on a private long term disability and have no problems in getting my paperwork filled out and recertification for my benefits in the past. I again submitted paperwork for recertification and are now refusing to fill out paperwork. I’m not going to post as to why etc. I only found this out after more than a week after giving them the paperwork and I had to call to get an update. I have now lost my benefits and can not get them back. Thank you Costal Medical……….
