“Convenient location, really clean laundromat. The staff are really friendly. Haven't used a laundromat in years. I can't believe how much more expensive it is. Used to be able to do your wash for 10 bucks a week, now you're lucky if you spend 20. One thing I'm not crazy about is that half the machines are coin-operated, and half you need a laundry card, so depends on who's using what .. sometimes you'll have money on the card but can't use it , or you'll have quarters that you can't use because people are using those machines... would be better if all the machines were either coin operated or laundry card operated. Just my opinion ?”
“I haven’t been to a laundromat in years! I knew I chose the right place! Upon walking in I was warmly greeted with a big HELLO by Kathy. She patiently walked me through all the in and outs. She suggested I only needed 2 large washers and not 3! The laundromat was very clean!! I loved the customer service and now I don’t mind that my washer is broken because I know where to go!!??”
“Every Mom knows the struggle of travel and laundry… Ave Maria & Esther were wonderful! When the staff is helpful even the most mundane part of a vacation is a treat! “Their are not enough good words too use about this placeGreat people and they do a phenomenal job on your clothes with reasonable pricing I moved three years ago to the other side of the state I used to use them all the time needed laundry done figured I’d take a trip down to the old neighborhood. Had it done next day service and now I remember why I use them so much they’re at the top of the game over there. If you don’t have time to do your own laundry, they are the place to go. “My favorite laundromat for 4 years, every time I go I feel comfortable, the owners are very friendly, I love the machines, they wash and dry quickly and if you have a problem with your washer or dryer they solve it immediately, if you need help too They do it with pleasure, I love coming, it will always be my favorite place!”

“I love it. Really clean, many options to wash and dry clothes. A lot of space to fold. Has a vending machine with drinks and snacks. Two doors. It’s really calm too, specially in the morning. Nice owner too.”
“Phoenix Cleaners is the best! John is wonderful and does exceptional cleaning and tailoring. I bring him everything from my formal attire to jeans. The prices are reasonable and John does great work, which I highly recommend!”
“The lady is very nice. The prices are posted but for my 2 normal jackets, it's $15 each to be dry cleaned. Standard turnaround is about 1 week but they can do it faster for no additional charge if you ask.
They do not accept credit cards for transactions under $25 but you can pay at pick up.”

“I used to really like this place but the past three times I have came here to do my laundry, someone touches my clothes. I don’t know if it’s a worker, one of them is really nice and one is a bit rude. I’m not able to stay and watch my laundry as I’m always busy and use my time doing laundry to take other chores. I always set timers to be back 5 min when the load is done washing or drying. For the past three times, someone has either taken my clothes out the dryer (it wasn’t a house labeled dryer) second time my dryer was opened half way through the cycle and not restarted and again… someone opened my dryer, half of the blanket was on the floor and DAMP. Like who did this? the craziest part is that there’s a bunch of driers availableIt’s just crazy because stuff like this NEVER HAPPENS at green jeans, only this one.”

“I give the attendant 10/10- I think her name was crusting or krystine. She saw me struggling at the washer and went out of her way to ask if I needed help. She explained the machine and offered more help with the detergent dispenser. She was very kind to me! I didnt have to ask for assistance- she took initiative after simply observing me. We need more people like her in our lives!!”
“Visiting this laundromat was so refreshing! My old place had so many broken machines and no attendant on duty that I had to try some place new. Sparkle City was clean with many machines and an attendant on duty to help you. They also offer drop off service! All the machines conveniently take credit cards/ tap payments. I had such a pleasant experience here and I'm excited to come back!”
