This place is amazing! It’s super clean and the staff go above and beyond to help. I’ve only been there on one occasion when I needed a bigger washing machine than the one I have but it was fantastic. A gentleman helped me by being me out a cart and the ladies working were beyond kind and helpful! Best Laundromat experience!

Recently visited the Lincoln Laundromat on a quiet Monday morning and had a great experience. The facility was spotless, all the machines were in perfect working order, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was informed that it gets very busy on weekends, so keep that in mind. They also offer a drop-off service, which I plan to use next time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable and clean laundromat.

I go to Lincoln Laundry every week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service there! The place is ALWAYS very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the machines are new and clean! One week, they closed to install brand new dryers, and I had to go elsewhere and it was awful! I will ALWAYS choose Lincoln Laundry over any other place! And I love that you use prepaid cards instead of quarters and get reward points for each wash!! Five stars all around!

Today we came to wash our clothes and the large washer was taken. The owner offered to pay for one of the machines next the big one so that we could use two and not have to wait! And then I only had a gift card to pay for my wash and the machines would not accept it so he ran it thru the register for us!!! What a kind man! Everyone is always so helpful here! Love it! If I could give more than 5 star I would!

There are always a ton of machines of various sizes (22 lbs to 100 lbs!) The people who work there are always friendly and very helpful! And if you forget detergent or fabric softener, you can buy it there, too. The place is VERY clean -- hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray are always available to ensure a germ-free, COVID-free environment! Five stars, for sure! Thank you, Lincoln Laundromat!

I came down from MA to help my daughter do laundry We chose Lincoln Laundromat because it was close by. A young woman came out to the parking lot to help us bring in the 3 baskets and 1 bag. She was so helpful and kind. She took the time to explain to us how to use the machines. I would HIGHLY recommend Lincoln Laundromat. Also very clean and plenty of space to fold. Doing laundry turned into a very pleasant experience.
