Wonderful gentleman here by the name of Rafael who is just amazing. So helpful knows everyone by first name just an amazing customer service person that cares about people. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10

While visiting the Lincoln Branch I was helped by a teller named Derrick. He went above and beyond to assist me with an issue regarding my account and a payment from my retirement account. He took the time to explain what happened and even called my retirement company for further explanation. I just wanted to recognize his wonderful customer service skills. I have always been a fan of Navigant and it is employees like Derrick that make me promote you all the time.I have never had a bad experience at Navigant, thank you for all that you do.

My family of 5 were former members of PGE. With the recent PGE takeover, we had multiple issues that required us to go to the bank.I cannot say enough about Jessica Cipriano Reynolds, the member service representative at the Lincoln branch helped solve ALL of our issues.She quickly solved all of our concerns and did it with a smile. She informed us of everything we needed to know to help us feel comfortable with the transition.Jessica showed that she cared which means show much to this family.Thank you Jessi for taking the time putting our mind at ease and helping inform us of what being a member of Navigant is all about.

I’ve visited this branch several times over the last couple of weeks to get a few things set up and I can’t say enough about how helpful and kind everyone has been. I try to keep my transactions as local as possible and Navigant is a great example of why!

ATM is always out of order. I got an acct at this location because is within walking distance. Sadly, the ATM is down 90% of my visits.

By far best credit union I have ever been with, The staff are completely amazing, they are always willing to help and always have a smile on their face. If you have any problems while banking with them, they take the Time to help you however they can. (Sometimes even helping you after hours) The lobby at the bank closed at 4:00pm and I arrived at 4:10 and realized the door to the lobby was locked, I pulled up to a window (which is open until 5:00pm) and I spoke to a woman about a problem with my account. I asked her when the next time I could sit down and talk to some was( after 4:00pm) and she said Thursday because the lobby was open later. As we were talking one of the staff members told her that he would help me out now, he unlocked the door and helped me solve my problem in under 10 minutes. This is just one of many things this credit union has done for me. For that I'm leaving 5 stars

I have been trying to get a personal loan. Navigant makes it as hard as possible to get a loan. My family is struggling and instead of getting back to quickly so I can help my family; I get put off. Rachel was a good help but this back and forth turned me off and ended up with a different bank. My credit is lower and I am beyond frustrated with navigant. Thank for lowering my credit instead of helping me fix it.
