“Beyond grateful to Michael at Bellini for fixing my granddaughter's ring. Is is her mother's ring who passed away in 2017 when my granddaughter was 18 years old. She gained weight due to medication she was on and had to have the ring cut off. we asked MIchael if he could fix it and he said he could for $40.00. We agreed and after he looked at it closer he called and said the ring would not survive the heat. We decided that he should go ahead and we would deal with the fallout. the stone did not survive . We decided we would have the setting turned in to something else. Michael called and said he would replace the stone and fix the setting at the agreed price. We picked it up today and it looks just like new. Thank you Michael for extremely generous kindness”
