Wellness Rising LLC offers an amazing massage in an amazing location inside a gym. It is a clean, warm, and friendly place. The practitioner provides incredible massage therapy, including deep tissue, cupping, and gua sha. This is a legit sports massage for relief and de-stressing, not a light-handed spa treatment. The doctor is an incredibly knowledgeable and incredible human being with vast health and fitness knowledge. The experience is excellent and second to none, providing immediate relief.
Body maintenance work for any athlete is so important. Regular massage/cupping/scraping has made a difference in my training and recovery. I’m very happy I found Celeste and that I’m feeling better than I have in a long time!
