I want to tell you I met an awesome employee of Stop and Shop at the Lincoln Mall store. HIS NAME WAS MR. Miner. I was so impressed at how clean and neatly organized his fish department is. I've been in other Stop and Shop where you can smell the fish department at the front door entrance. this was immaculate and extremely impressive display. you should keep this employee and use his fish department as a show piece to other managers as to how they should keep their fish department. I'll go to this store from now on although I live much closer to another. Janice Paul

Came here after discovering the Target in the same shopping plaza does not carry fresh fruit and fresh herbs. It was convenient that both these items are located right at the front of this store. There were long lines on a Saturday afternoon for regular check out so I opted for self checkout and was helped out with the fruit by the attendant who was really nice and friendly. Kudos for an experienced and helpful person working around the self checkout, however, I prefer to do regular check out with a real person. Main negative here is that it was much pricier than where I usually shop (Trader Joe's and Market Basket).

Stop & Shop prices are getting ridiculously high. A couple times I got made milk but had no problem with returning it.

Please stop putting rotten and disfigured food in the pickup orders. I spend over $200 each trip and although I can not always make it in into the store, I am loyal customer.

WTH? What a terrible user experience today. I've been consistently shopping at this location in Lincoln RI for several years and spending hundreds of dollars a week. I loved knowing where items were so I could get in about as quickly as possible... today that broke. What used to be a major draw was a nice consolidation of healthier items clustered together... but some algorithm and shopping flow analysis that apparently costs SnS millions of dollars (according to the manager in duty) has decided to blow it all up. What a shopping disaster and customer satisfaction MISS! Imagine using a map app (or any app) as your goto reliable source of truths... then being surprised without warning or prep that North is now East and West is South... very challenging day for my brain. Good food shopping should be easy, predictable and rewarding (if you are shopping for bargains)... today was none of the above. I know this review will mean nothing to the management and nothing will be done, but do know this store just sucked the shopping life out this extremely loyal customer. Do yourself a favor and provide an updated map for where items used to be and are now relocated to- IMO that would help with many stressed out users pains and ease the transition to your new "EPIC" layout. Can I give zero stars?

Went today and the store has hardly any product. One worker in the deli no stew meat no chicken tenders or breast. No celery no asparagus. Went to Shaws and store was loaded with all the things stop and shop didn't have. I'll take my $200 dollars a week to Shaws and Dave's from now on. Time to close this dump!!

Haven't been to this location in years. Walked up to the door at 8 pm and the door was locked. Sign says open til 10 pm and there are people inside, so I entered the exit door. Got yelled at by an employee that "even before the pandemic we locked that door at 8 pm." How am I supposed to know that if there is no sign and haven't shopped there in a long time? Horrible customer service.

PeaPod Delivery driver blasting radio as he's unloading my neighbor's groceries. My son was napping. This is a convenient service, I know, but the noise of unloading the bins and the music blasting was enough to keep me from ordering.

What AMAZING customer service I experienced at this store!!! To make a very long story short - the store managers Dave and Courtney went above and beyond to solve a very expensive mistake I made and I couldn't be more indebted to them for helping me. Most people would have told me I was on my own to fix my costly mistake but luckily for me it happened at this Stop n Shop and I couldn't be happier that it did. So thank you Dave and Courtney- because of you I will be able to give my kid a good Christmas instead of having to pay for that costly mistake and I am so grateful. I hope your bosses see this comment and give you both promotions and raises because you definitely deserve them. Thanks again!

Just your typical run-of-the-mill Stop and Shop's here. It's located in the Lincoln Mall Plaza with plenty of parking. I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of items in the produce section. Other than that, there's nothing really notable about this location, you'll most likely find what you're looking for. The store was clean, and the one employee that we did encounter was very pleasant and assisted us locate and item.

I rarely leave reviews, especially bad ones. However, I've been burned by the produce section at this location one too many times now. For the fourth time, organic tomatoes that I bought the day before have gone completely moldy within 24 hours. I've never experienced this with any other Stop & Shop, or any other grocery store. I just can't shop here for my family anymore, and I hate to say this. I like the chain in general, and especially the store brand organics. The cleanliness of the store, and especially the fish section are remarkably worse than at other Stop & Shops I go to (Seekonk is a night and day difference). Yesterday, I couldn't even see through the water in the lobster tank. This location is incredibly convenient for me, however I will now be driving out of my way to go to any other grocery store besides this one. So disappointing!
