So I’m typically not the type of person to leave someone a bad review because i know how detrimental that can be for someone’s business, but i had to come on here and share my experience because i was just so appalled and i just couldn’t believe someone would run there business this way. First things first is that this woman isn’t very friendly or welcoming anytime people come in with their dogs. She never greets me or my dogs. She charged a different price for the last 3 times i brought my dog in and she even charged me more when i pre washed my dog, so she didn’t even have to wash him. When i called to explain to her how i felt about my experience she told me “that I’m sorry i feel this way” and when i proceeded to tell her that the pricing just didn’t make sense this time around she yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Very unprofessional and not the way she should be running a business. I was already aware that this place had some bad reviews and decided to give her one more chance, but I definitely won’t be going back after this last experience. Take this as a sign and Please don’t bring your dogs here !!!

This is the worst place to go and take your pup. She is dishonest - does an awful job and charges different every time we have been there. We asked why and she said that’s what I charge - she’s not professional and shouldn’t have a small business. She hung up on my wife and now we will let everyone know what type of businesS she runs. There is single stars on this business - think about that - why only single stars??? Don’t go here

Absolutely would not recommend! She's highly unprofessional, inconsistent with her prices, and if I'm being honest her work is just not up to par with what she charges. Very disappointed, and will not be going back!

Stay far away from this place. This has been the worst couple experiences of grooming. probably the most unhappy person in the world and literally pricing changes each time. we have a shitzu and a peagle (mind you peagle doesn't get a haircut) and they are charged the same. my wife called to ask questions and tell the owner how upset she was and she stated those are my prices and didn't even say why it was the same price. then she proceeded to hang up on my wife. place is a ripoff - service is terrible. the owner shouldn't be able to run a business. that is not how you treat people.

I dropped my dog off today and had to go back to get him because I left with the worst feeling in my gut. The owner did not even greet me nor my dog. Not even a hello-nothing. My dog was a little scared at first because of the dryers and she didn’t even try to make him feel better, say hi-again nothing. She has no peopleskills and creates a very unsettling vibe. My dog was there for approximately 30 minutes before I went back to pick him up, so he was barely groomed and she proceeded to charge me $75. She asked if there was something wrong and I asked her if I could be honest-she said yes, so I told her how I felt and how she presents herself. She could have cared less. I absolutely wouldNOT recommend going there.

Our little puppy has gone to this groomer 4 times. Over the last few visits she’s been becoming more timid and defensive of going and even when we give her a bath. The groomers personality isn’t the best. Additionally my dog had a few bad knots and said the whole dog had to be shaved. I was charged extra for excessive matting however it shouldn’t be that way. I should been charge extra if she kept my dogs fur long. On top of that the groomer did a poor job shaving my dog because nothing is even. She was never nippy and mean but since going to this groomer she has become that with baths and cleaning.

Poor service overall. Bad customer service and even worse grooming also overpriced. Will never go back there. I asked if I could see my dog and then woman goes "I guess." Unreal. My dog is not fully dry and his back paws are still dirty. Been taking him to the Pawsh Pooch in Franklin since he was a pup, I know it's a 3 hour job. They were done in 1 hr and 45 min. I have a Siberian husky.

The absolute worst grooming experience ever. Owner is extremely rude. The grooming was marginal at best. She barely made eye contact with my pup or any other pup for that matter.Had to cancel an appointment, canceled 24 hrs. In advance by Email when I brought my pup in the next time, she tried to charge me for missed appointment, when I explained that I Emailed her, go and look at your past Emails, she acted pissed and ended up changing me more. for the appointment. Could not wait to get my pup out of there She has no business serving the public with her attitude and business practices

My dog was groomed there and they barely trimmed him and I don't think they did the anti shed treatment or if they did, it didn't work.

I actually did not plan on leaving a review however the owner was so rude I feel like I should warn other unsuspecting patrons. We missed our last appointment as the groomer indicated that there would be a reminder email/text. None came and we missed the appointment. We felt terrible however they did not hold their end of the bargain up. We tried to reschedule and the owner who we don't even know her name as she is always rude, told us there would be a charge for missed appointment if it happened again. This time a reminder came two days ahead and all good. When we went to pay today we were charged almost 200 dollars for 2 dogs which included a MISSED appointment fee we were not told about until checkout. The grooming is marginal to begin with, and we are new to the area and were trying to give her the benefit of the doubt as she was always so rude. I think we went to 4 visits. This was it, we will never go again, and her ultimate rudeness today was a gift. No more chances our dogs deserve better, we deserve better.

I went to my first appointment and left without service. The owner has extremely poor people skills. I watched as her groomer showed little compassion while blasting a loud blow dryer in a little dogs face as he yanked repeatedly on his choker. The owner was curt, rude and was unwilling to put any effort into brushing out my silky. She just wanted to shave both my dogs. She expected I bring them to her already groomed. Lazy, rude and expensive.
