I am BEYOND happy with the results. A dent from another car door did more damage than expected. A-1 Dents was able to get me in right away. After the work was done the dent was completely gone and looks as if it never happened. The picture shows the detail/measurements in making sure they got the entire issue. I dropped off and picked up same day, very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second vehicle that I’ve had A1 Dents fix, the prior one was about seven years ago. I was surprised to find out that the rear hatch and my SUV was aluminum which added a little bit more work to the repair process. Joe gave me two estimates on repairing the hatch and a a background on what was entailed in each estimate. I dropped my SUV off about 9 o’clock in the morning and it was ready by 4 o’clock in the afternoon. When I saw it, I was very pleased on how it looked. And in comparison to an estimate I got at a local repair shop. It was less money and more importantly, 4 to 5 days less time that I wouldn’t have the vehicle.
Highly recommend A1 Dents.

I have had two vehicles repaired by A-1 Dents over the past two months. The first repair was on our Santa Fe, where someone backed into the front wheel well and left a dent right across the wheel arch ridge. It looked terrible and I wasn't sure how it was going to be fixable. Joe gave me a quote that was reasonable and I decided to move forward as it would at least look better, even if he couldn't make it look original. I was totally surprised when I picked up the car and it looked fantastic. The dent was gone and the well arch looked normal. I made the mistake of telling Joe how happy I was and I was going to use him in the future. Unfortunately for me, that was sooner than I expected. About two weeks ago, I pulled my car near a telephone pole. I opened the door, the wind caught it, and slammed it against the pole. Crumpled the metal right in the middle of the door. I brought it back to Joe yesterday. I picked it up last night and the door looks new. Unbelievable. Joe is fair, communicates the repair detail very well, and delivers great results. I told Joe that he is a master at underpromising and overdelivering! Both times he finished the repairs earlier than quoted. The price was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend A-1 Dents.

Joe at A-1 Dents did a fantastic job repairing several dents on our car. Other shops refused to do the work because they said the dents were too difficult to repair with paintless techniques. Joe is exceptionally skilled and made the car look like new! His shop is immaculate - you could eat off the floor - and he shows immense pride in what he does. It was an exceptional experience!

I had a 4 inch long dent in a tough door location on a Grand Cherokee and Joe was professional and courteous throughout the whole experience from the quote, scheduling and repair. He even was able to reschedule my initial appointment because of an emergent work commitment I had. Also enjoyed speaking to him about RI, sports and family. Strongly recommend and I will to others.

I recently brought my Mercedes to a body shop I’ve used before to remove a small but very visible dent on the rear door.. The body shop ttold me that it would be an expensive repair and suggested I bring it to A1 Dents in Middletown RI. I brought the car down and got a quote back a few days later. I brought the car back down and.A1 Dentr repaired it that day. Joe, the owner did a great job. You can”t see any evidence of the. dent and the cost was about 60% of what the body shop said it could cost if they did the work.
I’m very happy with the work they did and recommend them without.any reservation.
