My PC has been having issues where it suddenly shuts down and the fan blows ridiculously hard as if it was overheating, which it was not, and these shutdowns are never consistent, sometimes taking hours to happen, while other time's taking less than 10 minutes with no indication of what's happening. It does not matter what I do on my PC. I could be browsing the internet, watching videos, playing games, or even doing nothing at all, and it will suddenly shut down. I also know that I do not have a virus on my computer as I have checked multiple times. I brought it in to NCC to see if they could fix it. diagnosis price is always at $25, and they charge an additional $25 depending on if they can fix it with what is on hand or if they need to order special/specific parts in. They told me they'd run a diagnostics check the day after I brought my PC in and get back to me. I brought my PC in on a Thursday, and they're closed on the weekends. I figured they were a little more backed up than they thought, so I waited until Monday. Still no word back from them. Monday was Columbus day, and I didn't know if they were open on holidays, so I called a few times throughout the day, getting sent to voicemail each and every time, so I assumed they were closed. Called back again on Tuesday, they answered, gave them my information and asked if they had started work on my PC yet. They said they would check and call me back within a few minutes to let me know. I called them around 1:00pm that day and they close at 5:00pm everyday. They never called me back. They called back on Wednesday and told me my PC was ready to be picked up at anytime. I went to pick it up a little later that day and they told me that it was working fine and that they had fixed the issues. They never said that it was a virus, just that my hard drive somehow was not installed correctly and that they had deleted some corrupted files. When I got back home, I set it up and turned it on. Not even 20 minutes after doing so, it immediately shut down and the fan started blowing like it was doing before, and it still does so when ever I turn it on. I do think anyone that was there had actually done anything with my computer and just let it sit in their offices without doing any kind of work on it. Weather that's true or not, they clearly did not do what they said they would do, which was that they would do everything they could to either fix my PC, or refer me to someone else that could. I will not be going back to NCC for any future PC issues, and I suggest that you make sure that they did their job, or expect a refund if they claimed to have fixed it when any problems that they said they would fix persist when they give it back to you.

These guys used to be stellar, they still are in terms of computer help but the owner has been making poor business decisions that make the process of getting help go from within the hour to as much as days. Owner has raised hourly rates without communicating it to clients. Owner played his covid card way beyond reality. Billing is done by wife who can take as much as a month to do and then makes lots of mistakes and getting them corrected takes weeks. I'm looking for a replacement....

A+ I typically take my Apple products to Apple PVD but a friend told me that these folks were Apple certified. My hard drive was failing on my iMac. They replaced it at a very reasonable price, restored it with my Time Machine backup, and was up and running in no time. Highly recommended.

Fixed my MacBook same day with no charge under Apple's warranty. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't need computer repair often, but when I do I'll definitely be back!

Took my iPhone to 3 different businesses after upgrading software to enable a new watch went terribly wrong with no success and lost time to boot! These guys fixed the problem in minutes and there was no charge because my watch was under warranty! Awesome and honest!!

One of the best customer service experiences i've had. Awesome staff, super friendly, professional and responsive. Quick turn around time and staff continued to keep me updated! Did all the hard work contacting apple on my behalf and made my life easier. Will definitely return again if i have any more problems!

Very impressed with this business. I had a computer issue that forced me to seek some outside assistance. After filling out the online contact form, I was immediately contacted by NCC. They asked several questions via email; ultimately, after some research on their part, they advised me that my best bet would be to scrap my computer. As a layman who knows nothing about computers, they could have easily duped me into bringing the computer in, "examining" it, and charge me for un-needed labor costs. They didn't. Any business that conducts itself with this level of integrity and professionalism deserves our support. Can't recommend enough.

I bought a IMac from Bestbuy and got applecare with it and it developed problems during covid shutdown. I Got no help for bestbuy and Apple referred me to NCC. Matt went above and beyond for me and had the IMac back in 2 business days. Thanks guys. 5 Star customer service.
