Customers have purchased items like Cub Cadet zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, and lawn tractor starters, with positive experiences in both buying and repairs. The staff are praised for their professionalism, good recommendations, and willingness to help even when it means losing a sale, such as testing equipment to confirm it is working correctly.
