Doesn't care about the safety of their employees, leaves untrained staff on shift alone, clearly management either doesn't know what there doing, or just doesn't care about their employees at all.

This gas station is more than a gas station, its small town hall almost filled with regulars and the kind humans that work there. Joan, Ruth and Cornelius are the backbone of the place.
While Cumberland has the worst app known to mankind, the people that work there make up for it.
They are kind, have patience and a smile for the rushed, undercaffinated and the weary and annoyed (which I can be sometime).
They go above and beyond, every single time I was in there in the summer.
Cornelius has eleven kids and a fresh grandchild, his smile lights up the store on his Thursday through Sunday third shifts. Always a hello, big smile and a high five - he goes above and beyond as a human.
He is a beautiful human that anyone would and should have working for them. He makes customers feel special in a way that you drive out of your way to go there.
Even though the app sucks worse than taxes, whoever is doing the hiring knows how to do it, as that store is packed with smiling and helpful humans, they are better than most of the people working at the fancy hotels and yacht clubs up the hill, and should probably be running those places.
Worth the stop. Every time. And buy the Middletown cops a coffee just because they’re cool, nice and everything a cop should be.

Gas was 3.50 a gallon in Middletown, RI
Comparatively reasonable. My card kept declining it wasn't my fault. Idk whose it was, but it was annoying. Good pleasant service.

I live less than a mile from here so it’s very convenient. But their pay at the pump never works and it is so frustrating.Its been this way for a good year now. I’ve told the staff several times and they seem to have an “oh well, it is what it is” attitude about it. They told me it wasn’t my card. It happens at every pump I’ve tried, as I thought the pump I usually use was an outlier, so I tried different ones. I’ve started buying just enough gas to get to a different gas a station with pay the pump that actually works. I hate to be this way, it’s an otherwise good nice gas station, just fix your pumps already.

This is a top of the line location and store for a cumberland farms. It has beautiful architecture (pretty surprisingly). It's very clean and well stocked. The staff I've interacted with here are all pretty friendly and polite. If you're lucky and arrive around sunset, you will get beautiful sunsets and water views as you fill your car or grab a snack. The outdoor seating area is really nice in the summer and makes for a great meet-up or snacking location

My wife went to use the woman's Restroom and she had to go into the men's room to get toilet paper, after getting the TP, an employee came in and was perturbed that she had to wait for my wife to finish, as she had brought new TP and had to use the facilities herself. Upon washing her hands the soap was very limited on the amount it provided and the paper towel dispensor we even more stingy. Not what I'm accustomed to when using a Cumberland Farms Store

Best Cumby’s ever! Always free coffee available. They have iced tea also! Such nice staff! I spilled my iced tea the other day and the staff member who cleaned up the mess could not have been nicer about it.*****

Staff is great. Store is clean . Food is hot. But Rachel that works there is an absolute sweet heart and that store wouldn't run right without her. Also the coffee tastes like cardboard. Cumbies in Portsmouth has the most elite coffee around. Better than Dunkin donuts.
