This office is totally pathetic. I accidentally had a package sent to this office rather than the one I intended to across the country - my fault for forgetting to update the shipping address. BUT when I realized this mistake, I called this store and explained the issue. Now, they wouldn’t let me re-send it to the proper store (how on earth is that not possible? What an absurd policy), but that’s not the real issue. That’s outside their control.What IS inside their control is that the only option I had was to have that store return it to the shipper who would then have to reship it to me. This was on January 16th. They confirmed they returned it to shipper on January 16th. A few days, nothing happens, that’s fine the weather was bad at their main hub in TN. However, I figured I’d call just confirm they sent it back to shipper; Not the 800 number, mind you. The actual people in THIS STORE who would have handled it. They confirm the sent it back to shipper again. I wait a few more days, no movement. I call THIS STORE again and they, for the third time, confirm they returned it to the shipper. When I asked for an estimated date it would get back to the shipper they transfer me to the FedEx ground people who proceed to say ‘uhhh, IDK we’ll call you when we find out’(?????).Well today, 26 January, 10 DAYS LATER, I just get a text from the shipper. The people from THIS FEDEX BRANCH called and my freaking package has been sitting there waiting for me to come pick it up this entire freaking time. How. On earth. Is that possible?! That means every time I called them, instead of turning around and walking three feet to confirm, or even checking their computer, they decided to just be lazy and 1) not confirm 2) lie and say they did and 3) transfer me to someone else when they wanted to stop talking to me.This level of incompetence is totally absurd. I mean honestly, what would you say you even do there, if not to facilitate the delivery of customers packages and shipping? It’s literally your reason to exist. Shame on you. Totally pathetic and you should be embarrassed.

Terrible customer service. I’ll do whatever I can not to ever use this branch again. They really screwed me by rejecting a package I was having delivered to their location because “they didn’t know what it was and thought it was a battery”. When I saw the delivery exception notification I called the branch immediately to ask why they were rejecting the package and they said that they had no idea what I was talking about they didn’t reject it. After talking with the manager in person he did admit that they rejected the package. FedEx sent the package back to the shipper in Texas. Not im waiting weeks for this part to be redelivered.

A highly professional business with polite, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I use this location via email for documents I need printed. They're always ready when I arrive, and the cost is negligible for the convenience of service. They also offer many printing copying and general office supplies. You can also obviously ship via FedEx here. I'm sure there are many more services also available. Used for many years and never had a single issue.

Galen, the manager here, is a racist.He won't give me the package with my name on it.He made things difficult for me in every way.He asked me where the parcel was sent, and I said it was from China. I showed him my transaction records, and he said all my things were fake.A ridiculous old manBullying people whose English is not very good.

I worked closely with Gil ( not sure of the name). He was a fellow musician and understood how to pack my vintage guitar amplifier for shipping. It actually came out 3 lbs. lighter and saved me money! This is a great full service location for all your marketing and shipping needs!

Had a really great experience here. I had a bad experience online with another company and tried them, and they far exceeded any expectations I could have had as far as service, quality, price, and speed. They were all very helpful, down to Earth, and always professional. I will definitely be back for future projects!

I am quite d*** when it comes to scanning documents and faxing or emailing or doing anything when it comes to buttons and machinery. But Taylor was very very nice, quick, and patient with me. I walked in & said "I'm d**** help me". She was like, "yup, gotcha". Awesome person & store. Will recommend forever. She affirmed my Credit Card was not declined! Taylor a Legend!

Went on Saturday at 2:45 to mail an important package. They are now open on Saturdays’s from 10:30 to 2:30. I’d check the rest of the rest of the days before going over there.

I never realized how disorganized FedEx is. I've been trying to get my package for over a week now and to no avail. Workers in store are friendly but incredibly unhelpful. (and the customer support line has horrible customer service; want to get off the phone with you in one minute rather than hear out the problem to try and solve it.) Who knew it was so hard to transfer my package from the Warwick facility to the one in Middletown. Very disappointed, and if I ever receive my package at this point, know I'll never use FedEx again.Edited to add: after 3 weeks of trying to get my package, I still never got it. They returned it to sender and I had to email the retailer to receive a refund. Never should have happened, and truly will never EVER use FedEx again. Thanks for the hassle, guys.

I mailed an enormous air fryer On May 21 to be returned to the manufacturer. Three days later it was delivered back to my house instead of the manufacturer. I noticed someone had put a fed ex label Without a bar code over the address. I refused the package and asked the driver to have it sent to its original destination. He said he would. I Must have Called customer service 10 times and they were always rude telling me it was being held at a warehouse in Seekonk. Now the package is lost and fed ex will not reimburse me for the $300 which is the value of the air fryer. They reimbursed me $100 plus the cost of shipping because they said I didn’t claim that the value was over $100 when I shipped the item. Who would have thought they could lose an enormous package!!! I provided them with the invoice but still horrible customer service for their huge blunder!!! They lost it and the manufacturer won’t refund myMoney because they never received it!! Fed ex this was your mistake!! And I suspect it originated at the Middletown store. Shame. Shame.

Stay out of this place. The owner is not honest and not decent person. By a method of deception and all sorts of other manipulations to illegally pull money from customers.
