I went to the Middletown store yesterday with an idea what i wanted for my garage, and Ty saw that I was struggling and sat me down by the computer and stayed past his shift to ensure that I got what I wanted and that I was happy. I was impressed by his selfless attitude, and I was completely satisfied with the service he provided. Job well done!

It was fairly crowded in the back. With multiple materials in the aisles. It was clean good customer service. Just to much in the back making it slight difficult to move around.

So unfortunately I had the worst experience ever at this home Depot in Middletown Rhode Island I was at the self checkout which was pretty busy and I got to say I'm the only black guy there and for some reason the checkout lady is the only one that's checking my old she's checking my order out of everybody that's there and I felt good because I showed her at the end everything was on my receipt it's just sad that that's how it worked out I happened to me the only man of color in the line and I'm the only one that she checks their order and I shop here all the time

This is a smaller home depot , they usually have what i need there. The staff is helpful much bettet than others in the area.

No matter how many bad reviews I post, enough of you will keep this place going, so maybe it's a lost cause. I live too close and too far from the closest Lowes to avoid them altogether. But, its good that I do, because it gives me a chance to see if my honest reviews are making a difference. They are not. My experience during this visit was as bad as the last. Self absorbed employees chatting it up while I shuffle through disorganized racks and bins. How about, "Can i help you find something(sir/ma'am)?" Better yet, put some of these idle hands to work organizing the bins. I don’t think management is listening.
