I’ve been to a lot of liquor stores throughout the country and this one is top tier. The price and selection is absolutely the best I’ve found in the area. I drive out of my way to get my stuff here.

Very courteous and helpful - since the Drizly app folded into Uber Eats I was worried I would not get the same kind of convenience, but these folks are awesome. I love my beer on the weekends but since having two spinal fusion surgeries it is very difficult for me to carry anything that weighs more than a few pounds. They let me know when they were close and even brought my delivery right into my residence - outstanding customer service!

Prices were good, sales particularly coming from Long Island. Satisfactory experience in picking up some liquor.

Could be more polite to customers, ppl forget a lot of times with out customers there is no buisness; therefore customer service should be top priority for any buisness

I live across the country and trusted gold's website to give my brother an awesome present for his liquor cabinet. When his present arrived it was not what I ordered. They said the picture didn't match the product and has changed three years ago. So instead of my brother having this really cool looking bottle. In his liquor cabinet he has a normal cheap looking bottle. Be aware that what you're ordering does not match the picture.

This is the lowest price in Newport County. I purchased 2 cases of Opus One here. The price is more than $50 cheaper per bottle than other liquor stores.
The staff are also very friendly.

There are a few places in Rhode Island that I don't write reviews for. And it's for a selfish reason, I don't want to let the secret out. RI is a small place, and sometimes when you have a hidden gem, part of what's so special about it is that bunches of people haven't come in and ruined it. Gold's is one of those, don't screw it up. If you're looking for a small, family run shop, with friendly staff and that's interested in their local and loyal customer base, this is that place. #RBB
