Relatively clean. The people are calm and not screaming obscenities in the middle of the night

I was visiting my niece's apartment and I loved the complex, safety, cleanliness and order. I love this place

I was a resident way back in 1989 to 1992. At the time the place was sort of new and fresh. A shame to see others having bad experiences there now a days. I looked on google earth street view. There are signs of wear and tear, but also signs some maintenance is going on, with things like ladders and painting going on.
