The Tec left my wife’s car in neutral being an automatic! Car rolls into wall and smashed the door up, manager and district manager wants her to come out of pocket and they will reimburse her? For the cost of rental and repairs! Never go here for service please

These guys were AWESOME! I went in for a tire rotation, they told me what I needed clearly, and the whole experience was hassle free. Everyone has smiling faces, and they even helped me out with recommendations for the best spot in town to get new tires. Not to mention, they sent me next door to get one of my tires patched up. I had a loose bumper, and they showed me what was going on and then PATCHED ME UP. I cannot give a more glowing review for this shop. The whole experience was wonderful, and I’m officially a life long Jiffy Lube customer. Job well done, yall!

After I got my battery replaced here, my brakes malfunctioned and gas pedalsuddenly stopped working while I was on I-95. Luckily I was OK. I brought my car into my car dealer, and it turns out the cause was that the connectors to the battery were not fastened and came unattached. This is so dangerous and could put someone’s life at risk. Please be more careful.
