I came in to have a tire plugged with the expectation that I would return the next day to have the tire replaced. The mechanic patched the tire, and I haven't had any more issues.

Wayne Woodmansee made the experience exceptional. I did look for the same car at Balise in Warwick and also a dealer in Dartmouth after my initial visit as they had more inventory at the time, but came back to work with Wayne as he went above and beyond with service and also found me exactly what I wanted. I will always come back to Langway in the future and have already recommended Wayne to my friends. He was recommended to me by another satisfied customer, Tony Cavanaugh who has worked with Wayne several times in the past. Wayne made the whole experience fun and I feel extremely satisfied with the service and the car.

A Nightmare at Langway Nissan: A Customer's Horror Story
My recent experience at Langway Nissan dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I came armed with a specific diagnostic code from a certified Nissan mechanic, hoping for a straightforward resolution. Little did I know, Langway Nissan had other plans.
Upon contacting them, I was instructed to bring my car in for yet another round of diagnostics, despite having already provided them with the relevant code. This initial red flag should have been enough to warn me of the ordeal ahead.
After surrendering my car, Langway Nissan proceeded to charge me for their "services." To add insult to injury, they informed me that I needed to replace the passenger side seat cushion—a jaw-dropping $2,500 expense. What's worse, there was no guarantee that this would even solve the problem, and further diagnostics might be necessary.
In my pursuit of clarity, I requested a detailed receipt and a breakdown of the work performed. To my dismay, all I received was confirmation that they had merely rerun the same code I had already provided. Their solution? To follow the steps in the "Nissan mechanic step-by-step book," which conveniently began with replacing the seat. No further information or explanation was provided about the mechanic's actions.
I am absolutely livid at the utter lack of respect, integrity, and professionalism displayed by Langway Nissan. They exhibited a blatant disregard for my time, money, and trust. It is unfathomable that a supposedly reputable dealership would stoop to such lows, offering the bare minimum in terms of service and assistance.
I strongly caution anyone considering Langway Nissan for their automotive needs to think twice. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to potential customers, urging them to seek more reliable and trustworthy alternatives.

My salesman, Kris, was a former mechanic and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. Regarding the final price workup, Langway Nissan didn't have any "extra" costs, such as ceramic coating..., which I have seen other dealerships add to a vehicle. I got a fair deal and am very happy with my purchase.

I have been using Langway Nissan of Newport for servicing my cars for several years because I found them to be cost-competitive and very responsive to me as a customer compared to the other garages in the area. I recently traded my 18-year-old Nissan Frontier for a new Nissan Frontier Pro-4X, and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. I got a fair deal on my trade-in, and the truck's price was below MSRP. My salesman was a former mechanic who could answer my technical questions. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
