This place holds a stigma against patients who are prescribed controlled substances. They tell me it will be in stock the day of, then order it on my pickup day. They also have strange hours that they do not update you on.
They do not care about your overall health. Their staff is incompetent. Their computers do not work correctly. They talk to you like you are some sort of addict when you just need your pills on time.
Matt cut me off as a patient while holding my medication knowing that no other pharmacy Carries it. All because of a miscommunication between pharmacy’s.
If you want to be treated like a human being do not go to this pharmacy.

Called to verify that I was able to receive a prescription and it was able to be ordered before having my doctor send it through. I was promised that it was available and they would have it for me in a few business days but then once my prescription came through they claimed it was not available and on back order. Please do not say that a medicine is available when people are depending on it. The people I spoke with were very nice but, this was extremely disappointing.

I went to THREE different CVS’s to get my daughter’s augmentin for her pneumonia. Had the 3rd CVS confirm over the phone they had the medicine. I got there, and the tech made a mistake. One positive thing they did was call over to Matt’s Pharmacy and ask if they had (they did). Walked in and it’s such a cute/clean/friendly place! Waited for maybe a few minutes. This will be our new phamarcy!FYI: Tricare users- they accept tricare!

I'm so glad I switched to Matt's a few years ago after getting my COVID shot there. I was recently told one of my prescriptions was out of stock, so I've tried contacting multiple other pharmacies to see if they had it, all of which have been unhelpful when I asked if they knew when it would be back in stock or if they could help me find a pharmacy that had it. I called Matt's back today and Matt answered the phone. He immediately checked with the vendor and let me know they should get it back in 3 weeks. He also sent me a text with three other similar prescriptions that they have in stock that I can ask my provider about. I'm so appreciative of the extra few minutes and effort put in to try and help me. The multi-billion dollar corporations could never. Support local ❤️

Matt's pharmacy is great experience every time. The people are friendly and very accommodating. I used to be a CVS customer, until, maybe for lack of adequate staffing, it just didn't have good feeling. Matt's is polar opposite. If you live nearby, you've got to check it out. You'll be very impressed The down side...although a great pharmacy, nothing there of real use in a practical sense. Boutique items... very expensive and to a "regular joe" not a thing I'd be interested in. If you were a CVS customer, you'd have to cross the road, back to CVS for useful household products. Leaving you back to where you started. For that reason, guess I'm heading to Walgreens for some medications that other pharmacies don't or won't have, Walgreens seems to handle them. Conundrum... So choose carefully before jumping ship.

Very helpful and polite pharmacy. Streets ahead of the big box vanilla we've all become accustomed to. Also very responsive to phone calls, e.g. they answer their phone which is huge these days. If you like a humane and personal touch check them out.

Rude not trying to help things that r covered and I know gauze ND tape is and I'm pretty sure I don't need a prescription they just don't wanna hand out what is already free I think they are just lazy ND want us to pay when we don't have to I'm gna get a written paper that says what's free without seeing a doctor ND write my MLA that they ain't helping anyone

We utilized Matt's for our annual Flu Vaccine and Covid Clinics for our nursing center and assisting living/adult day facility. Matt and Brian were so professional and kind to our residents and staff. They were well prepared with a fraction of the paperwork that the larger pharmacies required. It was wonderful to collaborate with a local pharmacy and have a greater than expected experience. As a family owned and operated facility ourselves, we truly appreciate the "personal touch" offered by Matt's Pharmacy. We look forward to even more collaborations in the future! Thank you! This pharmacy is truly amazing. Here on vacation. Couldn't find meds from larger pharmacies. Matt and his colleagues were wildly helpful, efficient, and kind. If I lived anywhere near here, I would have them as my pharmacy. No question.

While traveling in Rhode Island I realized I had forgotten my prescription in California. After a big brand pharmacy across the street told me they were too busy to help me, I went to Matt's Local Pharmacy. Matt's friendly staff worked with my home pharmacy to ensure I had the medication I needed to enjoy my vacation. They also had some cute Rhode Island-made beauty products and gifts. Highly recommend!
