I used a knowledgeable agent, Andrea Lembo, and was very pleased with the service provided. I have worked with other agents before, and this was by 6th large boat in 40 years. She solicited many quotes, for me, explained the different coverages, and help me select the best coverage for the cost, I feel. She was immediate in binding coverage, and worked with me to be sure at closing and beyond I was covered. It also helped that she and her office was just nearby. This is the second boat covered by her services, and with Andrea Lembo's assistance, I could not be happier or more satisfied.

I have had the pleasure of having Danielle Shorey as my car and home insurance agent for over 10 years. She is quick to respond to all my ins questions. When my car was totaled 3 weeks ago she was wonderful helping me through the paperwork , so I could receive my ins check as soon as possible. The day I picked up my car she was right on track getting my new insurance card to the dealership.I can’t thank her enough.

To day I called Ocean Point Insurance and spoke to Sonia Santos with a problem. My refrigerator died due to lose of electricity from the storm. Sonia went above and beyond and took that extra step to help me to recover the cost for all the food I lost. The world should have more people like Sonia and we would be in a better place. Very happy customer

My experience with Andrea Lembo, Ocean point Representative regarding my home claim for storm damage has been handled both respectfully and professionally. She secured an inspector in a timely manner and the damage was quickly recognized repairs were able to be quickly scheduled. Kudos to Ms Lembo for all her assistance.
