Love it here. Always interesting products and good sales ,clean and well stocked. What stands out most is the staff - Steph and Lily especially, are always on the floor stocking or grooming whenever I come in, but happy to answer my questions too, always knowledgeable about the products and pet questions on general. Always happy to come here , A+

Reallllly wish you guys were open earlier or later, it makes it super hard when you work a 9-5 and you get on the island and the store is closed 😮💨 your the only store that carries zignature unfortunately

RPC is wonderful! NK and Middletown have a huge selection of excellent toys, treats, food and accessories for all things pet. The friendly and knowledgeable staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing place! Super clean! Friendly and helpful! Top of the line products! I know anything I purchase there will be safe for my pup. I only discovered it because it was the only store I could find in 3 states that carried the healthiest & safest dog food for which I painstakingly researched. It’s a pleasure shopping there!!!

Need to fix the dryers!!! All duct taped!! Need to fix the drains in the tubs and put non slip footing on the tile stairs for dogs. Love the store but the bathing area needs to be updated.

This place has some of the best doggy baths around. My doggy loves it there! Plus the salespeople are pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry, which is pretty rare in most other chain type places.

Wow! We are up here for a month from Florida. One groomer suggested I check out Rumford to bathe our two Havenese ( they have hair so need weekly shampoo). Well, the first week they were so helpful and it was so easy for me. They supply it all! And then was surprised that is was only $12 for each girl. This past week I went in with our puppy. I was very sad since we lost our 15 year old a few days before and just picked up her ashes. I was talking about it as I checked out. He said , oh there is no charge today. I said I hadn’t used it enough to get a free shampoo. He just gave me such a compassionate smile and nod. Made me cry. That is kindness so I am passing it forward and give them some business!
