What a disappointing experience. I received a written quote that clearly stated it was valid through 1/31/2026. Today is 1/5/2026, yet when I called, I was told the quote would not be honored.
I spoke with someone who identified himself as Gardiner and claimed to be the owner. That claim raised concerns, and regardless, he refused to honor the valid quote or escalate the conversation. Based on this interaction alone, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
This was unexpected and reflects poorly on their business practices. I would proceed with caution.

Great experience working with luke while looking for a car. He is professional, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel pressured at any point during the process. He takes the time to answer all your questions, explain clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident with your decision. He is honest and patient. I highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a car.

I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
I bought a brand new 2025 Honda CRV in Ohio.
A Honda driving friend of mine suggested to contact Saccucci Honda in Middletown, Rhode Island
if I was contemplating purchasing an OEM Honda Care Warranty.
So, I did contact them over the phone, and after just “30 HASSLE FREE MINUTES” of discussing the policy, I purchased a 10 year, 100 thousand mile, zero deductible warranty off of them for an amazing price.
It’s beyond words can describe, how simple, strait forward and easy this important transaction was to complete. Kudos to the people of Saccucci Honda in Rhode Island. Well done folks !!
If only the entire world would run like this well oiled machine they have going up there in Rhode Island. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I’ve sent at least 6 people to them for the same Warranty since my original purchase.
If they were closer than 9 hours from Pittsburgh, I undoubtedly would have purchased the car there as well.

This was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.
Saccucci Honda was my first choice because of my prior purchases and their outstanding reputation.
I arrived at 3:30 PM and, to my surprise, drove out with my brand-new car by 6:30 PM—just 2–3 hours, and that too while trading in my old car!
The entire team made the process smooth, easy, and truly enjoyable. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish.
A special thanks to one and all for setting up the appointment, guiding me through the paperwork, and explaining all the features of my new car.
I absolutely love my new Honda!

Gary Rubin always makes the experience of turning in my leased vehicle and getting a new one , seamless and pleasant.

Terrible Experience at Saccucci Honda in Middletown
I went to Saccucci Honda in Middletown with the simple task of getting a tire changed. What followed was an absolute nightmare. After leaving my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid with them, it took an entire week for what should have been a quick job.
When I finally got my car back, I was shocked to discover that they had completely destroyed the car’s computer system and electrical components. My windows no longer work, and neither does the air conditioning. This has made driving an absolute misery, especially in the summer heat.
To make matters worse, my car is still not functioning properly to this day. The incompetence and negligence displayed by Saccucci Honda are beyond belief. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and skill has left me with a damaged vehicle and a lot of frustration.
If you value your car and your peace of mind, stay far away from Saccucci Honda in Middletown.
