Sweet Berry Farm is a post-and-beam farm market and café on conserved farmland, a short distance from Newport and the beaches. It is a very welcoming, nice, and pleasant place to visit. The farm offers pick-your-own seasonal fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples, and peaches, extending to Christmas trees and wreaths. The orchard provides a nice, relaxing experience. The market sells freshly grown fruits, vegetables, and cut flowers, plus a great selection of gourmet and specialty foods, prepared foods, baked goods, and drinks like excellent apple cider donuts. It is a nice quiet place for lunch with lots of choices. The farm is very clean and organized with plenty of parking, though the entrance driveway is very bad. It is a wonderful day trip for families and is highly recommended.
