Been a t-mobile customer for 20 years. Recently upgraded a line at this location with no trouble. Staff where friendly and communicative. I was a little surprised by the new connection fee or Sims fee when there was no new Sim included. I was advised just to swap it out from the old phone that wasn't present. Seems pretty fishy to me, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I cannot rave about this store enough. I went in here feeling defeated after trying to help my grandmother upgrade her iPhone XR at Verizon. She has been with them for 10+ years and was unable to upgrade without paying out the nose. We worked with Josh and his manager Dave (who is jacked by the way - the guy looks like Captain America). Showed us both tremendous kindness and helped us switch over and get her into a new phone with ease. They even put her on a senior plan which saved her even more money! Then they went over the rate plans and showed me how I can save money by switching from at&t and joining her plan. I left here not only fixing my grandmother's issues - but getting myself a new phone and service in the process as well. They even held the door for us when we left. I'm blown away by their kindness and professionalism. Other stores should take notice, this place is the Pinnacle of customer service.

The folks that work here are completely unprofessional—found them several times playing Pokemon Go or whatever game on their phone to include while helping me. They also try to not do any work—when I asked them if I could drop off a returned device, they gave an excuse saying I should instead drop it off at a UPS, when their website clearly said I could drop it off at any T-Mobile store. They’ve also wasted my time having to return to their store several times. I found dealing with the call center easier than having to deal with these folks. I suggest new management is needed here.

We were having problems with our iPhones. Could barely receive or make calls with them not going through, or being impossible to hear. When someone would call us it would go directly to voice mail. Called the T-Mobile help line and spent 40 minutes waiting and then spent 20 minutes having them fiddle with 5G and LTE settings. NOTHING WORKED. As a last ditch effort went to the T-Mobile Store at the Shaws Shopping center. Colin came over and asked what the problem was. As it turns out all we had to do was reset our network on settings. BINGO..we now get great coverage. I was, literally, there for 5 minutes. Terrific guy....Terrific store...BRAVO!!!!!!!! oh...here's a 6th star *

Extremely polite staff, my phone had died and I needed a charge so being a T-Mobile customer I stopped in and asked them if they could charge my phone. They did without even needing to know I was a T-Mobile customer. Great location and T-Mobile carrier service is top line

Staff at this location are very knowledgeable and are fit to answer any of your questions about the latest cell phones they offer accessories for your phone, tablets and more. The management is very helpful as well as the staff to getting your questions and concerns taken care of.

Nice guy's know there jobs they are very good at what they do I think they could carry a bigger selection of phones for sale an with there wi-fi getting bigger maybe look to sell small flip open computers at some stores instead of always getting things on line which u don't know if it's what you are looking for if your can't check it out .

My husband and I stopped in here to see what phones were available for us to upgrade. Nathan was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to answer all of our questions and ensure my phone and watch was all set up and working properly before we left. Normally we dread having to go into a store and deal with the lengthy process, however Nathan kept us laughing and helped us in a timely manner. Would recommend this location!

Update 10 days later: New sim has improved my reception and coverage, further disproving what I was told in the store. Their response is for me to contact them so that we may "chat". I ask, what in the world is there to "chat" about? Explain to them again that their attitude needs improvement? Their belligerent manner is disrespectful and arrogant? The young gentleman exclaimed to me that he was going out his way to "do his job". This is not customer service, this is customer DIS-service. I won't be back.Original post:Complete waste of time and attitude to boot! 15+ year customer of T-Mobile. Came to this store to replace the 5 year old sim in a phone I just replaced. Everyone told me to replace the sim as it was old and the new phone supports 5G, the old one did not. These frat boys gave me attitude the minute I walked in, telling me they wouldn’t replace the sim, if it needed replacement, they would have sent one already, it wouldn’t do any good, why did I want a new sim, etc etc. completely unhelpful. Finally grudgingly conceded to replace the sim but then informing me it would cost $10 and change. I said it was ridiculous an existing customer would need to pay for a basic maintenance item, but they insisted. After asking if they went out their way to be unhelpful, I walked out and went through the online customer service who actually volunteered that the sim is old and needed to be replaced. Happy to help me, sent it right out - free. Very courteous and helpful.I won’t be back to this store.
