This is the best place to get highlights, lowlights, vibrant colors and everything in between. Very talented staff and friendly. I go to Marina and she is amazing. I get many compliments from family and coworkers. The salon staff is the best! Very enjoyable experience.

Did you know that Ulta offers makeup and hair services? I did not! I was officiating a wedding this evening and needed my makeup done. I was a walk-in makeup application and was promptly taken to get formal makeup done. The stylist, Aimee, was really kind and asked me how I liked the makeup every step of the way. I left feeling really beautiful and will definitely go back for makeup application in the future!

This store is clean and well-stocked. Employees can be a little hit or miss, but what retail location isn’t like this. My biggest complaint here is that it IS NOT accessible, even though this google listing says it’s wheelchair accessible. There is a weird manual double door situation that makes it nearly impossible to get inside without assistance, it sends a clear message that we aren’t really welcome there. That being said, I rarely, if ever, go there anymore, which is a shame. Handicap people have money that’s as green as anyone else’s. It’s really a shame that a company this large didn’t think it necessary to create an entrance everyone can use.

Aimee did my formal updo, she did such a great job making it possible, my hair is very thin and my hair looks absolutely amazing!! She was very fast as well! I went and purchased some lip products afterwards and the sales associate that helped me was also amazing making sure I got everything I needed and applying it to my lips to make sure it worked with my skin tone! Wish I lived closer because I would go to this one regularly.

I am always well taken care of at Ulta in Middletown, but I just had a particularly amazing experience with Karoline and Bridget. I needed a bunch of stuff for a vacation I’m going on, and Caroline really knew her stuff! She walked the whole store with me and found me the perfect products. at check out Bridget helped me tremendously to make sure I got the best deals possible. I just can’t say enough good about the incredible customer service I just experienced! Thank you, Karoline and Bridget!
