This Ulta is one that we visit regularly (mom to make up and skincare obsessed pre-teen) but it'll probably be off our list after tonight. Entered nearly empty store late Monday afternoon, walked past a few employees gathered near entrance, quickly shopped then headed to the front checkout line where we stood for several minutes (no other shoppers around). Two employees now behind counter; one ringing up a customer she had just walked by us as we stood in line (appears to have been helping customer find something), the second cashier stood there watching this transaction so we assumed maybe she was training bc she ignored us, and the other two employees continued their conversation still standing between entrance and counter, a few feet away from us. 2 counter employees finished checking out previously mentioned customer ^^, looked at us still standing alone in line and began to walk away from the registers. So, I asked if it was possible for someone to check us out. Cashier, clearly annoyed by this and our presence, checked us out. I get it, we all have bad days and retail is a difficult career...so we go out of our way to be kind to retail employees, especially if one seems to be having a tough time, bc so many ppl are downright cruel.Ulta has always been hit or miss (see other customer reviews), but this was one of those situations that makes you feel like spending your money elsewhere.

There is one employee in particular who makes you feel uncomfortable with how much she follows people around. I was looking at an item on the shelf and after I put it down, she picked it up and shook it to make sure I didn't steal the bottle out of the box. Every other employee here has been great. She is terrible. I just go to the Ulta in fall river now. Its not worth shopping here just to be made to feel like you are doing something wrong.

I was trying on foundations in this location with my mom, and finally found my shade, and fell in love with it. I asked my mom if she liked my foundation, and out of no where an Ulta employee with short hair dyed orange interrupted and said "it looks a little too warm" I'm Indian, therefore my skin tone is warm. Unnecessarily rude, and uncalled for considering I didnt ask her. Also I would never take advice from someone with brassy hair and no makeup on. Ulta please advise your staff to be a little bit more professional.

I Love this ulta! VERY covienient! It’s near both of my jobs! I wanted to write this review because it is long overdue. BOTH amy (stylist) and Shiela (Benefit brows) do an amazing job at what they do and always make their client look and feel amazing! The rest of the staff is helpful too!

I'm not big on leaving reviews. But, I LOVE THIS STORE. If for nothing else than for the customer service. The ladies here are just always so friendly and helpful. It's not just a one time thing either. It's been an every time thing I get better service here than I have anywhere else on the island and than I probably have had at any other ulta. They've helped me finally find a perfect foundation match. They helped me out with press ons. I normally get my nails done but it's sometimes difficult to keep styles for long due to being a domestic engineer . But, the press ons are total game changer and they have SO many options and styles! They also helped me find a great line (Ouai) when Olaplex was no longer cutting it for me! I feel like a person and not just a dollar sign when I go in and it's nice to know they take the time to remember little things! They've also been nice and helpful when I've taken my toddlers in and have no issues putting the extra item or two my toddler grabs back at the register when I check out!

I was having a terrible day and Jeidelys really helped me out. I was looking for specific products to gift to my friends and she was able to find everything I was looking for. She was kind, courteous, and incredibly professional! She made my day a lot better. Thanks Jeidelys

The manager is RUDE! I can in at 10:00am for a return the girl at the front needed her authorization approval and called her on her headset she literally Ignored her and here we are standing at the register 30 min later while we are still waiting, while she talks make up.

The ladies who work here are super knowledgeable about skin and the correct products for different skin types! They are also super friendly and try their best to find you something you’ll be happy with! These ladies deserve a raise because they are much more knowledgeable and friendly than the employees at the Route 6 Ulta which is the Ulta closer to where I live. Great group of helpful intelligent individuals!

What a great customer service experience we received today by Shelia and all of the ladies at Ultra!Just moved to the island and after a long research for my daughter’s first time eyebrow waxing I booked Sheila (highly recommended) great service and the best of all was how nice she was with my daughter, very professional.Didn’t leave without booking our next appointment!

The last time I was at this location I was not only followed, but I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to be cashed out. When I went to cash out, I removed all the items from my baby stroller’s basket. The older woman with black hair then leaned over to look inside the basket to make sure that all items were removed by me. I have gone to ulta for years and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars and have never ever had the need to steal anything. I will stick to the Warwick location where I’m treated with decency.

Store needs to work on customer service. Honestly felt like oneOf the ladies was following me as if I was up to no good. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and ruined my shopping experience.

Don't like it I went twice and spend over $200 and more than 7 times I was asked if I need help which is totally fine but come on 7?? That's just alot. They followed me anywhere I go which is totally annoying, When I go to buy make-up I love to take my time and look around. Never happen to me in MAC Stores or Sephora. Great PRODUCTS but extremely dissatisfied with the staff.
