Pharmacy tech Jada is so kind, helpful, and all around very pleasant. She is courteous and efficient at all times.I have had good experiences with front end staff as well.

My mom, sister and I had such an amazing experience at this Walgreens. Jeremy had made my whole night. The other day I had seen a plush stuffed animal that I had really liked so I had come by to purchase it. When we arrived we looked for it but it was unfortunately gone. We had asked Jeremy if there would possibly be any in the back. He had immediately looked in all of the red bins and had found two of the same stuffed animals I saw the other day and I was so happy. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to look for us especially when he is new to this Walgreens. I just want to say that Walgreens has definitely gained a kind, hardworking and sweet employee. He definitely deserves a raise in the future. Thank you so much again Jeremy

The best Walgreens I have ever been. Great Customer service. The pharmacy technicians were very helpful and the pharmacist really cared about the patients. 5 out of 5!

Customer service representative and manager were very rude to my wife. They outright refused to trim the photos to the correct size ordered and instead left them double the size with huge white sections on each photo.

the staff are very rude, specifically a young black male cashier (who was insulting me under his breath), and a passive agressive manager. i went in there for assistance recieved none, and left more stressed then i came there. they treated me horribly for no reason as if they were looking down on me, (i am a teenage black girl), overall the service is of poor quality.

This was my experience at this store on 12/27/21 around 6:50PM. I was sent to this Walgreens to shop for a customer for doordash. I had all my items that the customer ordered besides a certain kind of Mucinex.I was standing by the pharmacy and tried to ask the on duty night time pharmacy manager, “Mark” (grey haired middle aged guy) if there was anywhere else that there was Mucinex. His reply “Are you doordash? I told him yes and he said “I’m not helping you shop.” I told him how rude that is since I am just getting paid to shop in your store for somebody and if I was shopping for myself he would have told me the correct answer. And I was literally asking the pharmacy manager where a certain MEDICINE was. He then proceeded to curse me out. Watch the footage back if you would like to see how rude he was to a customer.I have never had an employee be as rude as “Mark” when purchasing items in your store. The way he talked to me as a paying customer is disgusting. It doesn’t matter that I am getting paid to shop for someone else, I am still a customer of your store. On a positive note the woman at the register was super friendly.

Store Number: 3000Dude. Sean The Pharmacist (who doesn't identify himself when he picks up the phone) is condescending and callous. It's like he DOESN'T want to fill your prescriptions, sell you anything OTC or help you in any way.I called trying to buy a nebulizer (which you can buy on Amazon and Matt will sell across the street for 20 bucks) and he said I had to have a prescription. When I asked him where I could get a prescription (and I meant does it have to be a pulmonologist or can I go to the clinic) he said in a very condescending tone "Uhhh, the doctor."Tl;Dr - the Walgreens pharmacist is a jerk. Shop Local. Go see Matt.P.S. Normally, I do go see Matt but I'm having an asthma attack and Walgreens opens earlier so I tried him. Wound up wasting more oxygen than I have.Cool, cool, cool.

Most of the store employees seems nice but the pharmacist is very grouchy. If he is not happy working there he should look for a new job.

As much as I enjoy earning points, I also need to spend cash on stuff. Today's visit was to hit up the Allpoint ATM at this Walgreens and pick up a cold bottle of water from the cooler. Easy. The store is laid out the same as others. it was well stocked, clearly marked prices and the cashier welcomed me to Walgreens when I entered. The parking lot is clean and clear of trash. This was an OK visit.[Review 18645 overall - 65 in Rhode Island - 2167 of 2022.]

Worst place to get your shots. Plan to wait more than 1 hour from the scheduled appointment. They offer vaccine appointments, they don't have a designated person doing it, separately from the pharmacy counter. Worst pharmacy ever! Don't waste your time.

Went in to get passport photos taken. Received a letter from the passport agency stating it was digitally altered...interesting. Went back with the letter and previous photo's, Jonathan was very understanding and took new pictures right then and there. Excellent customer service, thank you!

It seemed as if the staff enjoyed making life difficult for customers. After half an hour of banging my head against the wall, I ended up going to Walmart's pharmacy who had no problems with my (simple) need and were kind and professional. In short, save yourself the headache - just got to any other pharmacy.

I have used this pharmacy for decades. Today was my last day using them.Over the past year their customer service and support on medications has seriously declined. Four examples:1. When I hot a vaccination last fall, the staff was not masked initially. I had to ask them to follow DOH required protocols for the vaccination. This concerned me, but I had other things to worry about, and it was a one off that I attributed to pandemic related staffing and training issues.2. They are unable to consistently process my debit card through their payment system. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Since I try to keep all medical expenses on one account, it is more than merely annoying. It is totally arbitrary whether their payment system works or not, but they say there is nothing they can do or blame the bank (they are big on blaming others). Last week it worked, today it did not again. 3. When my wife was diagnosed with diabetes, we had to start regular testing. They did not mention the test would be once a day, I was under the impression it was two a day. They did not catch that when I went to refill the test strips. They said they needed a new prescription. I had her doctor send over a prescription, and they rejected it for not having one piece of information they could have easily added themselves from our records. I went back to the PCP, had them send a new prescription. I called the pharmacy back and they said they had it but it was too late in the day to call Medicare. (They had previously told me the deadline was later). I went back Monday at 1 in the afternoon, and they had still not called Medicare, saying they were too busy to be on hold with Medicare. So they still had not checked, even though they told me to come back "that morning" . Later that day they checked and told me it was "too soon" (they did not cross check times/day the blood should be tested when looking at the scrip. It would have told them what the problem was. When I asked them what I could do, the manager said "nothing" and told me to come back in two months. They did not even offer to sell me the strips at retail. I went to Amazon and bought them myself. 4. They keep losing prescriptions (I think it is their computer system). One the drugs is highly controlled, needs to be reviewed by a doctor every six months. A refill was sent in April by the doctor, but they have no record of it. He does. It had refills for six months. When I went to refill it for my wife before leaving to see family they said it had expired. Not correct. Specialist out of town, so on Thursday last I took her to PCP, who ensured she had a supply to get through the week. Then contacted the specialist by email, who called in a full month two days later, over the weekend. When I tried to have the month refill, they rejected as being too soon. The manager told me they were submitted on the same day, which is false. The short supply was filled before the month supply was called in. The short supply was called in 7/21, covered four days. The month order was was placed on 7/23, received 7/25, four days later. Today, 7/28, they told me it was still too soon to fill the month, also false. They just did not bother to resubmit. Manager again (without checking) told me it was too soon. She started raising her voice to me, telling me "I was not the only patient", discussing her issues with her husband having a stroke (my wife needs someone home with her almost all the time), and saying I was an "Unruly customer". She has shown a similar lack of communication skills in previous encounters. The pharmacy staff is mostly new and rotating quite often. Not like it was a few years ago. I am switching to Matt's Local Pharmacy, where you talk to people, not computers. You should too.
