VERY nice staff, helpful. Was able to get my IDP without an appt. Not a member, either. I had assumed an IDP was a DMV service, but its NOT. So, if you are working off the same assumption that I was, you're in luck! I arrived right when they opened and was all done in 10 minutes. Great experience!
