Prime Storage will increase your rate after the first month without notice and again after they commit to the original pricing. They will not be responsive to your concerns on pricing changes and will send you to collections when you wait for a response from them to resolve the issue.

I found the process to rent a unit was very seamless, quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, professional and polite. The unit was clean and is easily accessible 7 days a week 365 days a year.
