Customer Service was awesome! The vehicle needed extra services to be done- windshield wipers/ the rain guards also needed to replaced not just one. All services were completed.

My door latch on my side door failed on my company van while I was driving and the door opened. There was no way to keep the door closed and I had to wedge it shut with a shovel to drive to the dealership. The dealership overnighted me a part to keep my van on the road for business. They took the van in first thing to get it repaired. I had a funeral that same morning to attend and they gave me a loaner to drive to the funeral while the van was worked on. I can’t thank them enough for their service and going above and beyond.

Flood Ford of Narragansett has consistently provided an unsatisfactory service experience since I purchased my 2016 Ford F-150 and extended warranty there two years ago.
On multiple occasions, I brought the truck in for specific issues and was told nothing was wrong, yet unrelated repairs—typically not covered under the warranty—were identified instead. In both cases, independent shops were able to diagnose and resolve the problem immediately.
Scheduling has also been difficult. Appointments often require weeks of waiting, and repairs frequently extend beyond the original estimate. Updates are limited, and I often leave without clear explanations or accountability for delays.
During my visits, I have felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that my explanations were dismissed rather than addressed. When I requested the courtesy shuttle included in my warranty, the response made it seem like an inconvenience to provide—even though this benefit has been honored without issue at other Ford dealerships.
Given the pattern of poor communication, inconsistent assessments, and the difficulty of utilizing warranty benefits, I now drive over an hour and a half to another Ford dealer out of state for service.

Chris Fyfe is the best. We have bought five cars through him. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fun. He takes the stress out of buying a car. He is there after the sale also. Blake Enright made the process of Filling out the paper work a breeze. They had it all set up and ready for the signatures. Didn’t have to sit there for hours. He was pleasant and enjoyable. Don’t lose these two. They are the best.

This was the easiest car purchase we have ever had (we actually bought two because ours were totaled by a falling tree). Mat, our salesperson, was knowledgable about every vehicle we asked him to show us and provided the pros and cons of each option. He provided a fair price on each of the vehicles. Blake, who handled the finance did so quickly and efficiently and then Mat set up the bells and whistles with us. A great experience.

I wanted to trade my 2018 Limited edition F350 with low mileage of 59k miles for a 2021 Ford Raptor for $65k . My family and I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from them . My F350 should at least sell for the same price as the Raptor with 37k miles. My sales rep was very knowledgeable but not willing or able to lower his price a little to get the deal through . So I'm looking elsewhere and found something very very comparable a 2023 Limited edition F-150 hybrid for $52k. 38k miles
