Brought my bike in for a yearly tuneup which was completed timely for a reasonable cost. The staff did a good job explaining what was recommended be completed and why.

Excellent place…NBX is the best in Rhode Island! Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable about all bikes! They only repair what is needed and they always call first before they do any work! Unbelievable!!
