“Mike was beyond helpful, resourceful and kind through my entire passport service. Ryan also gave incredible customer service while assisting me finding a lost package. Great people! Highly recommend this post office!”

“Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”
“Terrific little post office with efficient , pleasant staff. The person who said they were rude, says that in many of her reviews of other businesses. The post office staff aren't chatty, but they aren't rude.”
“Best post office in the area, hands down. Only one gentlemen working, but he is courteous and efficient. Extremely helpful. Customer service alone is worth the trip; seems extremely rare in most USPS locations today.”
“Good experiences with the staffs so far, patient, explained everything. I haven't had the chance to see the mail carrier but I did receive a welcome note when I moved here, that was very warm.”
“Nice convenient post office with a large parking lot and a lobby that is open 24 hours so I was able to get Forever Stamps at the self service kiosk, pretty quickly, while there was a long line waiting for the counter attendant. They have many mailboxes in here as well as packaging supplies.Easy to get to.”
“Andrea is AWESOME! I have had some issues with my mail not being delivered due to broken mail box (landlord not willing to change it, no fault of USPS) and every time I visited this place Andrea went out and beyond to locate my mail at wakefield office, talking on the phone or even asking them to do a favor and redeliver the mail as I told her I do not have a car right now I had just moved to New England. This last time today she even wrote down the office phon for me in case I had trouble finding my mail. She turns visiting USPS experience from unfortunate to a pleasant one.”
