Called, wouldn’t provide any information on the phone. Drove the 15 minutes to check with the desk at 1:30. No availability for the rest of the day. Work bays were empty. Why would I check back tomorrow??

Went in for an oil change and was told they didn’t have time for Quick Lane services despite all of their advertising. No appointment necessary. Never had this problem at any of the other locations. Very disappointed ?

Nothing quick about it. My car went back 10 minutes after I got here and almost 2 hours later a simple oil change is not done. Add that to the attitude of the lady at the desk = go somewhere else! it’s a shame because it’s a needed service in the South County area.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jim Cipriano and Blake Enright at Flood Ford in Narragansett. I was able to purchase a new 2022 Ford Edge and I couldn't be happier. Both Jim and Blake were very helpful throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a positive shopping experience I definitely recommend giving this dealership a call or stop in. You won't be disappointed.

A huge Thank You to Flood Ford service, finance and sales departments for completing the warranty repairs on our 2021 Explorer. The job was a big effort, and we appreciate the time each person put in to help finish it. All the people at Flood Ford make a great team, and hold the customers' needs first.

Excellent service, friendly people. Bill Skelly not only took the time to educate me on the ins and outs of the bronco story, he took time out of his day off to make sure I was able to test drive the car I was interested in buying. His attention to detail was much of a deciding factor in the purchase. The whole process was informed, fast and efficient. Great dealership!

Everyone here seemed really nice when I stopped in, but I was not aware that this is part of the service department of a dealership. Other Quick Lanes are stand-alone and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. This one had at least a two-hour wait when I stopped in mid-day on a weekday for an oil change. Again, I'm sure they do a great job, but if you're looking for in and out service go to one of the locations that specializes in this and doesn't share the workload of the dealership.
