Great treatment by all staff members. Anne is very attentive to the of my pedicure. She takes the time to get it right. The calf and foot massage are an added bonus, and my legs always feel better afterwards.

It was ok- I like more of massage on legs etc and even on my hands with cream.. this was a no frills place. Clean, neat and tidy and my nails and toe nails with regular polish and looked nice.

I had a wonderful experience at VIP 2! I'm not one to typically get my nails done, so I looked at reviews at all the local nail salons and they all seemed to be rated pretty poorly- so I just took a gamble and went to VIP 2. I walked in without an appointment, I got sat right away and I had a really wonderful experienced woman give me a French manicure. She did the manicure relatively fast, however the quality of the nails were amazing! French manicures often look sloppy, but this one is great. She was efficient, kind and made my nails beautiful. I will definitely come back!!

Dip mani and gel pedi - overall nails turned out great. They do not have a color pallet to choose from. For dip - you just look at the containers and pick, which is extremely hard since the powder and the color can vary quite a bit! I ended up just going with a color she recommended because I couldn't tell the difference between a bunch of dip jars.

Johnna here- got my nails done on Kauai before my trip to Rhode Island but needed a quick gel mani the day before thanksgiving because my nail broke! VIP was great, I called the night before and they added me in- they are super short staffed but they had a cancellation so I got in! Usually it’s a 2 week wait! Love my color, and quality! I have come here before and really liked it. However, today I had an appointment for 4 mani pedi at 10am, showed up and nobody is here. I have been waiting 30 minutes and even with business hours saying they are open and having an appointment that was made days ago nobody is here. Very unprofessional.

Had gel manicure on Thursday, by Sunday they are already peeling. Cuticles weren't pushed back and french tips are elevated badly. Disappointed.

Have been going here for the last 2 years. The pedicures are surgeon like in their finished work. I had been to several other salons for the same service, but none compare to the fine work done at vip.
Already booked next appt.

I got my nails done on Friday afternoon, it’s Sunday morning and this is how they look. The woman working on my manicure didn’t push the cuticles back and left dry skin all around. I left my nails random lengths assuming they would be shaped during the manicure, but she barely touched them with the file. Very surprised considering the almost 5 star reviews they have!
