I plan to switch all of my prescriptions to CVS as I go to pick up my Prescriptions on my lunch break. Every time i go to drive up window closed they are on a break.

Went to the drive up at Walgreen’s on Woodruff Avenue in Narragansett. The woman that waited on me was extremely rude & should not be working with the public. I will be calling the store manager in the morning. Wish I had asked to speak to a supervisor but was too shocked by her behavior to think straight.

My favorite pharmacy close to home… use the drive thru occasionally and there’s never a line and the pharmacist is very kind and quick.

I agree with the other folks who posted. I consistently get a good neighborhood feeling when I stop in to Walgreens for a bit of this and that.

Had prescriptions in my refill that were NEVER prescribed to me and when i tried to call a pharmacist directly and not talk to the computer automated call i was placed on hold for over 10+ minutes for both of my calls. I thought they might be busy but they have a chart on their website that shows how busy they are and it was barely busy. When i finally got to the ring portion after being on hold for 10+ minutes no one ever picks up. I am sick witj the flu and cannoy go in physically to fix it myselr. Just called again and the same thing. Am switching pharmacies. Last time they made my sister wait hours when they couldnt find a prescription instead of just telling her to come back later. They never found it

I've called the pharmacy twice now, and each time the techs have been incredible! They are incredibly patient and always willing to help. It sounds like many of the negative reviews are due to the pharmacy being understaffed rather than inadequate, so I hope they are able to hire more workers soon (for both the customers and the staff's sake).

I give Walgreens 1star because I cannot leave a review without at least 1. I have been trying to get my BP medication for over a week now. My doctor’s office has sent the prescription to Walgreens 3 times in the past week and the pharmacy is still telling me they have not received it. They are GREAT at requesting refills (and then filling) from your doctor when you have not requested them. That works like a charm! This is complaint regarding the process. This is not a complaint regarding the pharmacy staff. They do their best in the broken system within which they must work.

They refused my LHI voucher for a flu shot as a service member. LHI should not contract with Walgreens if they cannot fulfill the order.
