This is an amazing bank. In fact, what sets it apart is its "old-fashioned" approach to its banking customers. Uninterrupted and personal attention is given to each customer, no matter the issue. Every experience is personal and the staff is willing to go the next step to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the outcome.

As usual, banking hours are limited, and do not fit the current parameters for most people. I needed to cancel a payment, and wasn't able to due to their lack of service after hours. This bank is great if you are available to visit 9-5 , otherwise it sucks.

AVOID! No venmo. Cheapest way to send money is western union, which isn't cheap. If you loose your debit card its at least a 10 day wait for a new one, if they send it to the right address, which they won't ( happened to me 2x). Not open Sat or Sun. friendly people, terrible bank.
