Blue Dory Inn is a great and cozy place with a perfect location, right by the beach and a short walk to downtown. Guests can stay in the main inn or a private cottage, with rooms like the Tearoom offering a wonderful view. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind, making everyone feel at home. They serve a great breakfast made fresh each morning and offer afternoon snacks with wine. The food, including dips, salsa, cheese, fruit, and crackers, is sneaky good. The inn is also dog-friendly and provides convenient amenities like a guest fridge. Many guests have returned for decades and highly recommend booking early.
The first time we stayed at the Blue Dory was 35 years ago, and we have stayed with them a number of times since. Our recent stay was Oct 2025 and it is great as ever!

Had a great stay! Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Mattress was great! Bathroom a tad small.

Cannot recommend the Blue Dory Inn enough. The location is perfect, the inn was so cozy, private cottage was perfect and the staff was wonderful and made us feel at home. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait for the next time!
